Pelayanan nya ramah, terapis facial nya semua nya bagus2 dan massage muka nya juga bikin nyaman..
Cuma 1 yang kurang, admin wa nya tidak ramah dan slow respon.. Saya udah wa mau appointment 1 hari sebelum nya, tapi baru di balas besok nya dan bilang udah penuh, dan kejadian begini udah terjadi beberapa kali..
Jadi sekarang mau appointmen percuma di wa, lebih baik lewat telpon aja..
This is the Natasha branch which is the best of several branches in Jakarta that I have visited..
The service is friendly, the facial therapists are all good and the facial massage is also comfortable..
Only 1 is missing, the admin wa is not friendly and slow to respond... I already wanted an appointment 1 day before, but I just replied the next day and said it was full, and this has happened several times..
So now I want a free appointment at WA, it's better to just call..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih, ga gitu rame, persis diseberang west lobby emporium mall. Therapist dan dokternya ramah juga. Perlu reservasi buat tindakan biar dapet waktu. Sambil nunggu ada coffee maker dan air mineral gratis juga.
The place is clean, not so crowded, right across from the west lobby of the Emporium Mall. The therapist and doctor are friendly too. Need a reservation for action to get time. While waiting there is a coffee maker and free mineral water too.
