★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ni ketemu klinik skin yang paling good yang awalnya jerawatan abis konsultasi jadi sekarang udah gak pusing mikirin jerawat lagi udah gitu pelayanannya ramah pokoknya top lah. ?☺️
 This is the first time I have met the best skin clinic that was initially spotty after consulting so now I don't have any headaches about pimples anymore, that's the top friendly service. ?☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang udah ga worries lagi buat masalah jerawat dkk???. Tadinya dibiarin aja soalnya diperut ada baby yg tentunya lebih penting dari urusan skin care. But setelah aku datengin sendiri ternyata erha sangat worth it ke aku dan tentunya aman buat baby karna emang didampingi sama para skin expert, jadi ga sembarangan asal putih dimuka??

Now, there are no worries for acne and all that. I was just left alone because there was a baby in the stomach which was certainly more important than skin care. But after I came myself, it turned out that Erha is very worth it to me, and of course it's safe for the baby because it's really accompanied by skin experts, so it's not just carelessly white upfront putih

I think the service at Erha is very good, clean, neat and fragrant.
The Doctor is Very Friendly and the Nurse is very polite and polite, especially the one in front and the assistant pharmacist is very good, polite and beautiful. The explanation is very clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah sih, muka udah alergi dan iritasi.. Kesana pengen balikin muka jadi normal kayak dulu, awal2 treatment udah okay jadi bagusan tapi begitu dilanjutin ke treatment selanjutnya.. peeling BHA, malah muka jadi worst ever. Panas, perih, gatal. Servicenya bagus, tapi masalahnya cuman di salah satu dokternya yang belum analisis dan kenalin lebih detail muka pasien tapi udah ambil tindakan yang gatau dampaknya bagaimana untuk pasien.
Padahal sebelum tindakan sudah saya wanti2 kalau muka saya ini sangat sensitif, tapi tetap dilanjutkan. Okay, alhasil breakout satu muka, super merah seperti sunburn, panas, gatal, perih, sampai gabisa tidur. Akhirnya video call dengan dokternya untuk konsul, tapi alasannya "IYA, MUKA KAMU SENSITIF SIH SOALNYA." Bukannya saya sudah wanti2 sebelumnya? Terus dikasih obat lagi yang harus pasien bayar sendiri.
Akhirnya saya minta kompensasi untuk pertanggungjawaban. Dikasih kompensasi sekali untuk free konsultasi. But no thanks, trauma sama dokternya yang ga tanggung jawab dan hanya memikirkan diri sendiri. (ps: mungkin gak semua dokter yang ada di Erha begini, yang saya ceritakan ini salah satu dokter di cabang Erha Emporium)
It's really bad, my face is already allergic and irritated.. I want to go back to my face to be normal like before, at first the treatment was okay so it was good but when it was continued to the next treatment.. peeling BHA, even my face became the worst ever. Hot, sore, itchy. The service is good, but the problem is that one of the doctors has not analyzed and introduced more details to the patient's face but has taken action that doesn't know what the impact will be on the patient.
Even though before the action I had warned that my face was very sensitive, but I continued. Okay, as a result, one face breakout, super red like sunburn, hot, itchy, sore, until I can't sleep. Finally a video call with the doctor for a consul, but the reason is "YES, YOUR FACE IS SENSITIVE ABOUT IT." Didn't I want it before? Continue to be given more medicine which the patient has to pay for himself.
Finally I asked for compensation for liability. Given compensation once for free consultation. But no thanks, traumatized by the doctor who is not responsible and only thinks about himself. (ps: maybe not all doctors at Erha are like this, what I'm talking about is one of the doctors at the Erha Emporium branch)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekalinya beli bedak di erha emperium pluit mall, saya ngambil sendiri yang exp date nya masih bln maret 2023, dan mba kasir saat itu bilang dia mau bungkus dulu dan memang di kasih paper bag dgn rapi dan dijepit steples tapi pas sampai dirumah setelah dibuka bedak nya ditukar dong jadi yg exp bln 2022 ini
Once I bought the powder at Erha Emperium Pluit Mall, I took it myself, the expiry date was still not March 2023, and the cashier at that time said she wanted to pack it first and was given a paper bag neatly and stapled but when I got home after opening the powder please exchange it for the expiry one in 2022
