Pelayanan kurang baik! Awal dtg iye di sambut ,pas mau rembes vocher facial lngsung deh mukanya kya gimna gitu,kalau memang gak mau layanin rembes vocher gratis facial mending jangan! Sungguh bikin kecewa doang,Tolong di tingkatin lg pelayanan nya! Jgn beda"in custamer mau dy rembes vocher facial kek,facial bayar kek! toh ngerembes vocher juga krna awalnya bekas beli!Tiap dateng pake vocher ada aja deh,klau memang gak mau kerjain facial dri hasil dpt gift mending gak usah ada vocher" begitu
Poor service! At first I was welcomed, when I wanted to soak the vocher facial straight away, the face was like that, if you don't want to serve free vocher seepage, facial it's better not to! Really disappointing, please improve the service again! Don't be different "in the custamer wants him to seep the vocher facial, bro, facials pay grandpa! after all, it leaks vocher too because at first it was used to buy! Every time you come to use vocher there is, if you don't want to do facials from the results you get a gift, there's no need to have vocher "that way

PELAYANAN KURANG MEMUASKAN? Awal kesini karna rekomendasi temen, ktnya bagus buat jerawatan bisa mulus. Dateng pertama kali mba2nya bukannya ngelayanin malah pada cekikikan becanda ky lagi arisan. Trus sy jelasin baru prtama kali ksini blablabla, trs isi form buat new member, lalu konsultasi sama Dokter disana. Dokter jelasin a-z tentang muka saya, mulai dari kenapa bs jerawatan, trs gimana step2 pakai obatnya nanti. Cuma dokter jelasinnya cepet bgt, jd saya agak bingung dan si dokter jelasin obat tanpa kasih liat fisik obatnya kaya gmn. Trs dokter suru sy treatment laser, peeling, dan facial, cuma akhirnya sy minta facial dan peeling dlu aja. Dokter estimasi 1 minggu muka saya harusnya udah oke katanya. Abis treatment smua kan sy mau bayar, trs saya minta mbanya tolong tanyain dokternya lg karna sy lupa step obatnya gmn aja (fyi trnyata obatnya ada 10macem), tp mbanya lgsg jelasin sendiri smua, uda gitu ga sabaran jelasinnya. Karna saya pikir β€œoh mungkin mbanya ud paham lah ya” jdnya saya ikutin instruksi dia. 3 hari peelingnya mulai ngelupas, sy pikir seminggu after kelupas smua uda better nih mukanya. Trnyata udah masuk minggu ketiga muka saya malah ancur merah smua kaya kebakar, perih bgt, dan bekas jerawat gada satupun yg ilang, makin banyak malah iya? Sy mikir ”duh ga cocok kayanya treatment disini”. Sbagai customer baru jujur ya kecewa ud bayar mahal tp gada hasil. Tp akhirnya sy mutusin buat coba lg deh ke Kusuma, tp di cabang Puri Kembangan. Ternyata disana pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, informatif, sabar bgt jelasinnya dan trnyata bener step obat yg saya aplikasikan selama ini tuh salah (berkat instruksi mba2 kusuma di cabang PV), mkanya bikin muka saya jadi merah beruntusan parah. Akhirnya dokter di Kusuma Puri jelasin gimana step2 pakai obatnya yg bener, cuma ditambah 2 serum biar merah2nya reda dlu ktnya. Sekali lagi, sy yakin ga ada yg salah sama obatnya. Toh Kusuma cabangnya udah banyak dimana2 dan rata2 pada cocok disini. Cuma informasi yg saya terima dari Kusuma PV kurang lengkap karna jelasinnya buru2 ga sabaran. Mnurut sy pelayanan di Kusuma di cabang PV perlu di tingkatin lg sih. Apalagi untuk customer baru sperti sy pasti kecewa hasilnya ga sesuai dengan yg diharapkan, apalagi uda bayar mahal untuk treatment dan obatnya. Semoga pelayanannya kedepan lebih bagus ya. Thankyou??
LESS SATISFACTORY SERVICE? At first I came here because of a friend's recommendation, because it's good for acne, it can be smooth. Came for the first time, instead of serving, instead of giggling jokingly, it was like social gathering. Then I explained that this is the first time here, blablabla, then fill out the form for new members, then consult with the doctor there. The doctor explained a-z about my face, starting from why I got acne, then what are the steps to use the medicine later. Only the doctor explained it very quickly, so I was a bit confused and the doctor explained the medicine without giving me a physical look at the medicine. Then the doctor told me to do laser, peeling, and facial treatment, only in the end I asked for a facial and peeling first. The doctor estimates that 1 week my advance should be okay, he said. After all the treatment, I want to pay for it, then I ask the madam to ask the doctor again because I forgot the steps for the medicine (Fyi, it turns out that there are 10 kinds of medicine), but the lady explained it all by herself, I can't wait to explain. Because I thought, "Oh, maybe the lady understands," so I followed her instructions. After 3 days of peeling, it started to peel off, I think a week after peeling it all started to look better. It turned out that it was already the third week that my face was completely red, like it was burning, it was very sore, and none of my acne scars had gone away, more and more, yes, I thought "duh, the treatment here doesn't suit me". As a new customer, to be honest, I'm disappointed that I paid a lot but to no avail. But in the end, I decided to try again at Kusuma, but at the Puri Kembangan branch. It turned out that the service there was very satisfying, informative, very patient in explaining and in fact it was true that the steps of the medicine I had applied so far were wrong (thanks to Kusuma's instructions at the PV branch), so it made my face turn red with severe rashes. Finally, the doctor at Kusuma Puri explained how to use the right medicine, only added 2 serums so that the redness subsided first. Again, I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the medicine. After all, Kusuma has many branches everywhere and on average it fits here. Only the information I received from Kusuma PV was incomplete because the explanation was rushed and impatient. According to me, the service at Kusuma at the PV branch needs to be improved. Especially for new customers like me, I'm definitely disappointed that the results aren't as expected, especially since they paid a lot for the treatment and medicine. I hope the service will be better in the future. Thankyou??
