★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always loved the food here. Come before 11:40am on weekends to get the window seat. I love doing that as I enjoy watching the traffic go by. Problem is that we don't Salmon Skin at that timing. They usually release one batch after 12:30 and another after 6pm.. order it around that time or totally missed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite sushi restaurant, affordable price, good service, good quality of ingredients, many options of sushi. I love everything contains salmon from salad with salmon, sushi salmon and the fresh salmon sashimi. Ocha is always free to refill. If you come less than 4 people, try to find a table beside the sushi bar so you can quickly grab what you want to eat. This restaurant was newly renovated with nice decoration.

Usually you will need to queue since its always pack of people.
But its worth the wait as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, everytime going here always has queued in front of the restaurant, but right now in the middle of pandemic era, the queued is made for controlling the total people in the restaurant too, and giving them time to clean and sterilize the table. The condition is so cozy, and the food is so fresh...but still pricy...?
It is a good place to bring your family that like sushi and other japanese food, because they have good taste. The ginger slice is good to consume too, and they have a special taste too in their washabi...
In this visit, I order chawan mushi for my daughter, and she likes it very much...???

One of the best known Japanese food chains across Southeast Asia.
Been to many of its shops in greater Jakarta area. While the food quality may vary slightly, at the very least it has always been able to maintain an acceptable minimum standards. As it is always true for all Japanese restaurants, the price is on the higher end.
The staff, waiters, waitresses are generally courteous and helpful.
My last two visits were in November 2021, where the government restrictions on dining in (due to Covid) have been relaxed. The restaurant was filled almost to full capacity but the number of serving staff are still somewhat fewer than adequate, resulting in many delays in food orders and relatively poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly am not a fan of Sushi Tei. But sometimes when I’m craving for sushi, I would like to try other sushi chain restaurant rather than my usual
4 stars for their good service, quite long process time (20 minutes), and low maintain of sushi quality (not my luck). Today I order 4 kinds of fushion sushi and the salmon quality was not really good. But if I’m in the mood for Sushi Tei, I would not mind to eat it again
