★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid banking with DBS. I've had the worst banking experience here. There are many other banks with much better service. They lured you with cash back only to deduct Rp200k every month if you fall below their high limit. Being a Treasure customer has no benefits as tellers were either on a break or holiday at this supposedly Headquarter branch which boasts their namesake brand on the building. Your best service will come from their app which i have to commend for their ease of use. To make my experience worse, i am dealing with a relationship manager (Krisnawati) that shows the most apathy. Her lack of knowledge, lack of response and attitude really show how least she cares about her customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office tower, also known with 'Ciputra World Jakarta' name. Connected with Lotte shopping avenue mall, with 2 starbucks and many nice tenants including food and beverages. 40 floors in total, divided with 3 lift zones, with Ciputra offices on the top three floors. Mostly DBS office spaces. Modern and Nice interior with the touch of Hendra Gunawan statues and painting in the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best working environment in Jakarta, more like a Coworking Space rather than an office. They have NAPPING ROOM.. seriously, room for napping!! It is located in front of the big boss room though..
