β β β β β Asik nih ada outlet di daerah kelapa gading. Pastinya nambah variasi produk cake terutama buat warga kelapa gading. Buatku yg lokasi kerja ga jauh dari sini juga seneng, soalnya bisa mampir kesini rehat bentar karena cake disini juga ada yg size kecil.
Aku kesini ber4, kita coba beberapa produknya:
1 Edmond : ini mocha banget, mulai dari moussenya pekat bgt rasanya ga sekedar aroma aja. Glazenya cukup tebal jd nambah tekstur gitu. Garnishnya ga lupa nougat yg nambah citarasa juga
1 Blackforest : nah ini dia highlightnya, garnishnya cantik bgt. Untuk rasanya ok juga, ga ada yg lebih dominan semuanya nyampur balance. Ada juga cherry maraschino di dlm layer cakenya. Minusnya dari kue ini..... di etalase emang tinggal 1 sih, stafnya juga blg ga ada lagi stoknya. Akhirnya ok aku pilih ini....
Eh pas aku lg foto cakenya, baru sadar kalo ternyata kuenya agak pendek sebelah, seharusnya ga sesuai standar untuk dijual. Mungkin stafnya jg kurang aware yaaa. Glaze si blackforest ini juga terlalu tebal, terlalu kenyal si mirror glazenya. Mungkin gelatinnya kebanyakan yaaa. Harap di perhatikan lagi~

Keduanya ini basenya chocolate, tp jujur aku lebih suka si laurent karena menurut lidahku lebih terasa dark choco. Sooo gewd!

It's cool that there is an outlet in the Kelapa Gading area. Of course, adding variety of cake products, especially for the people of Kelapa Gading. For me, the work location not far from here is also happy, because I can stop by here and take a break because the cakes here are also small in size.
I'm here with 4, let's try some of the products:
1 Edmond : this is really mocha, starting from the mousse, the taste is really thick, not just the aroma. The glaze is thick enough to add texture. Don't forget the garnish, which adds flavor too
1 Blackforest : now, here are the highlights, the garnish is really pretty. As for the taste, it's ok, no one is more dominant, everything mixes the balance. There is also a maraschino cherry in the layer cake. The minus of this cake.....there's only 1 in the storefront, the staff also says it's not in stock anymore. Finally ok I choose this....
Eh, when I took a photo of the cake, I just realized that the cake is a bit short on the other side, it shouldn't be up to standard for sale. Maybe the staff is also not aware of it. The blackforest glaze is also too thick, the mirror glaze is too chewy. Maybe it's too much gelatin. Please pay attention again~

β β β β β Kesini siang2, lokasinya pas sederetan ruko2 tempat makan juga. Dari depannya aja uda beda sendiri. Penuh dekor bu ga jadi uda pasti langsung keliatan tempat ini.
Pas masuk mang kecil ruangannya. Ada lantai dua tapi katanya itu kantornya. Jadi cuma selantai aja. Dekornya full bunga. Cakep. Specialis diaini tu kuenya deh.
Selama duduk disini liatin yg dateng pada beli kue semua buat acara mungkin atao mang buat makan ndiri.
Saya n temen order minum sama kuenya aja. Kalau minum saya order tiramisu latte (45k). Aebelom order ty dulu atrong ap ga jenis kopinya. M katanya bisa disesuaikan kalo ga mau strong. Yaud jadi dah. Suka aja se aama rasanya. Mang request ga strong jadi aroma kopinya ga gitu berasa. Untuk yg hot di kasi cookies kecil 1pc. Ntah apa namanya n lupa tanya juga. Tapi cookiesnya enak. Wangi lagi. Mau minta lagi tapi pasti ga dikasi wkwk. Oiya tiramisu lattenya ini artnya ga oke mode lovernya jadi kayak bulet gitu aja.
Terus kuenya saya pilih se pierre (55k). Mau yg laen tapi karena liat atasny pohon natal jadiny langsung itu aja wkwk. Ini dalamnya ada krim passion fruit luarnya coklat. Enak aja se suka. Manisnya juga terkontrol ga sampe bikin puyeng.
Terus cobain temen saya punya se edmond (55k), laurent (50k) n blackforest. Yg edmond sekali hap dimulut wangi mocha. Serasa makan bolu djadoel. Kalo laurentnya coklat mouse biasa aja. Enak juga. Yg namanya coklat uda pasti enak yak. Nah yg blackforest ini paling beda modenya kotak atasnya dikasi emas wkwk. Emang ini coklat n buat cherry. Ini juga enak bolunya berlapis n lembut.
Semua cakenya oke cuma lapisan luarnya (gelatinnya) agak nganggu pas dimakan diputusinnya susah. Apalagi se edmond punya paling tebel n susah copotnya. Pengen minta pisau ke waiternya biar gampang dipotonganya tapi ga jadi wkwk.

For the hot ones, give 1 pc of small cookies. I don't know what it's called and I forgot to ask too. But the cookies are delicious. Money again. Wanted to ask again but definitely not given wkwk. Oh yeah, this tiramisu latte means that it's not okay if the lover mode is like a bullet.
Then I chose the cake se Pierre (55k). I want something different, but because I see the top of the Christmas tree, it's just that. It has passion fruit cream inside and chocolate outside. It's nice to like it. The sweetness is also controlled not to the point of making you dizzy.
Keep trying my friend has Se Edmond (55k), Laurent (50k) and Blackforest. The edmond one just smells like mocha in the mouth. Feels like eating sponge djadoel. If Laurent is Brown Mouse, it's just normal. Delicious too. The one whose name is chocolate is definitely delicious. Well, the blackforest one has the most different mode, the box is topped with gold, wow. This is chocolate n for cherries. It's also delicious, the sponge is layered and soft.
All the cakes are okay, only the outer layer (gelatin) is a bit annoying when you eat it, it's hard to break. Moreover, Se Edmond has the thickest and most difficult to remove. I wanted to ask the waiter for a knife to make it easier to cut but it didn't work.

β β β β β Sejak kunjungan pertama di daerah Menteng sekitar 3 tahun lalu, Exquise Patisserie ini emang bisa dijadikan sebagai salah satu barometer cake shop enak di Jakarta. Selain karena tampilan kuenya yang cantik-cantik, desain interiornya pun engga kalah cantik. Termasuk gerai barunya yang jauh lebih luas di bilangan Kelapa Gading ini. Dari depan tampak ornamen berupa aneka bunga warna-warni begitu memikat mata yang tertata rapi senada dengan seating table gradasi biru putih serta tanaman hias nan menyejukan.
Masuk kedalam dekorasi penuh bunga masih mendominasi, kontras dengan polesan warna hijau toska serta sedikit sentuhan gold. Tak hanya itu sisi artistiknya, penerapan lantai motif pun menambah nilai estetik pada ruangan. Tempat duduk dibuat nyaman dengan lapisan jok empuk di kedua sisi dinding yang dipadankan dengan kursi rotan biru putih. Salah satu sisi ruang dipasang cermin besar guna memberi kesan luas. Spot foto pun disediakan diujung berlatar aneka bunga dengan sebuah bangku taman bercat putih.
Edmond (Rp.55.000,-) cake cantik bernuansa mocha nougat ini tampil elegan dengan macaron dan beberapa keping olahan cokelat sebagai pugasan. Teksturnya cukup lembut dibagian dalam, tapi sayang lapisan gelatin yang membungkus kue ini lumayan tebal sehingga cukup sulit saat akan dipotong menggunakan sendok karena saking kenyalnya. Perpaduan moka dan kacangnya sangat kentara, jadi memberi kesan klasik dimulut.
Blackforest (Rp.50.000,-) kue andalan tiap acara ulang tahun ini tampil mungil dengan warna merah marun nan mewah. Hiasan ceri yang biasanya dibiarkan merah merona disini justru dilapisi sentuhan emas senada dengan lembaran edible gold dibeberapa sisinya. Rasa blackforest nya kuat, teksturnya lembut, manisnya pas dengan isian cherry maraschino yang menyenangkan. Satu kekurangan pada kue ini, posturnya asimetris jadi tampak kurang estetik.
Pierre (Rp.55.000,-) kue bertema Natal ini diberi pugasan pohon cemara dan snowflake yang unik sekaligus cantik. Basic cake cokelat dengan isian passion fruit yang menyegarkan. Laurent (Rp.50.000,-) kue terakhir berupa Belgian choco cream yang paling lembut dari semua cake yang saya coba kali ini. Perpaduan krim dan cokelatnya sempurna, manisnya pas, dan mengejawantahkan karakter cokelat susu yang saya suka. Lychee Mint Butterfly (Rp.38.000,-) minuman yang terbuat dari teh bunga telang, mint, lime dan tentunya leci. Tampilannya sedikit pucat dan rasanya kurang strong dan tidak sesegar yang saya bayangkanβ¦
Since my first visit to the Menteng area about 3 years ago, this Exquise Patisserie can indeed be used as a barometer for delicious cake shops in Jakarta. Apart from the beautiful appearance of the cake, the interior design is no less beautiful. Including the new outlet which is much wider in Kelapa Gading area. From the front, the ornaments in the form of various colorful flowers are so eye-catching that are neatly arranged in line with the blue and white gradation seating table and cool ornamental plants.
Entering the decoration full of flowers still dominates, contrasting with the turquoise green color and a little touch of gold. Not only that, the artistic side, the application of the motif floor also adds to the aesthetic value of the room. The seat is made comfortable with a layer of soft upholstery on both sides of the wall which is matched with a blue and white rattan chair. One side of the room is installed with a large mirror to give the impression of being spacious. Photo spots are also provided at the end with a background of various flowers with a white painted garden bench.
Edmond (Rp. 55.000,-) this beautiful cake with mocha nougat nuances looks elegant with macaron and some processed chocolate chips as a treat. The texture is quite soft on the inside, but unfortunately the layer of gelatin that wraps this cake is quite thick so it is quite difficult to cut with a spoon because it is so chewy. The combination of mocha and peanuts is very obvious, so it gives a classic impression in the mouth.
Blackforest (Rp. 50.000,-) the mainstay cake for every birthday event looks tiny with a luxurious maroon color. The cherries, which are usually left red in color here, are actually coated with a touch of gold to match the edible gold sheets on several sides. The blackforest flavor is strong, the texture is soft, the sweetness is just right with the delightful maraschino cherry filling. One drawback to this cake, the asymmetrical posture makes it look less aesthetic.
Pierre (Rp. 55,000,-) this Christmas-themed cake is decorated with fir trees and snowflakes that are both unique and beautiful. Basic chocolate cake with a refreshing passion fruit filling. Laurent (Rp.50.000,-) the last cake is Belgian choco cream which is the softest of all the cakes that I tried this time. The combination of cream and chocolate is perfect, the sweetness is just right, and it conveys the milk chocolate character I love. Lychee Mint Butterfly (Rp. 38.000,-) a drink made from telang flower tea, mint, lime and of course lychee. The appearance is a little pale and the taste is not strong and not as fresh as I imaginedβ¦

The almond croissant was the longest one that i have tried, taste nice with peanut butter fillings, slightly sweet but unfortunately a bit stiff around the edges. Creme brulee was huge, creamy n quite n not overly sweet.
Price for sweet cakes was quite high though.
