Working hours 08.00 - 17.00 I call the call center at 08.45 5 times I call, no one picks up, the employees are not working!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punya 1 pengalaman buruk dengan MNC sekuritas. Saya mau ubah data nomor rekening saya karena saya mau melakukan penarikan dana sangat dipersulit. Saya sudah mengisi form permohonan penggantian data tapi permohonan saya ditolak. Katanya tanda tangan saya berbeda dengan di KTP. Saya sudah perbaiki sampai 3x tetap saja direject dengan alasan tanda tangan tidak sama. Padahal tidak ada perbedaan sama sekali antara tanda tangan saya di form permohonan dan di KTP. Saya telepon bagian terkait malah saya dimaki dan dibilang saya tidak paham, seolah saya bodoh. Mengecewakan sekali. Mending cari sekuritas lain saja dibanding MNC sekuritas. Bintang 1, pelayanan tidak ramah, administrasi sangat kacau dan menyulitkan.
Had 1 bad experience with a securities MNC. I want to change my account number data because I want to make a withdrawal of funds very difficult. I have filled out the application form for data replacement but my application was rejected. He said my signature was different from the ID card. I've fixed it up to 3 times and it's still rejected because the signatures aren't the same. Even though there is no difference at all between my signature on the application form and on the ID card. I called the relevant department and I was scolded and told I didn't understand, as if I was stupid. So disappointing. Better look for other securities instead of MNC securities. 1 star, unfriendly service, administration is very chaotic and difficult.
