★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lambat. Sudah ikuti prosedur, perubahan data nasabah tdk ada feedback. Telepon ke CS berkali" tidak pernah diangkat. Pelayanan bobrok.
Slow service. Already following the procedure, there is no feedback on changes to customer data. Call to CS many times "never answered. Poor service.

Awalnya gue tertarik buka akun sinarmas melalui stockbit, karna gue pikir fitur stockbit kan banyak dan bagus, jadi gue pikir baik-baik aja dong.

At first I was interested in opening a Sinarmas account through stockbit, because I thought the stockbit features were many and good, so I just thought about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aplikasi paling jadul / tidak user friendly, tapi masih berfungsi.
Yang parah customer servicenya.
Ada problem, email tidak diresponse, kontak via wa dipingpong, dimarahin pula.
Lumayan lah buat melatih kesabaran.
Good luck buat yang jadikan ini sbg broker utama.
The application is old school / not user friendly, but still works.
The worst is the customer service.
There was a problem, email was not responded to, contact via wa ditingpong, was also scolded.
Not bad for practicing patience.
Good luck for those who make this the main broker.

Most companies don't want to, Customer service can never be contacted. Better look for other securities, sorry I registered here. just once. thanks.

cs's phone is not picked up, what's more whatsapp ? Luckily when I arrived at the building, I was able to meet the employees. Turns out someone was working there. I thought the business was on autopilot ?? good luck, especially those who use the new security ? I can't even login
