Pada saat saya telpon BCA Sekuritas, yang menjawab adalah Operator di mana saya ada menanyakan terkait dengan proses pembelian saham atas emiten yang di-underwrite oleh BCA Sekuritas.
Atas pertanyaan-pertanyaan saya (yang menurut saya cukup sederhana dan dalam konteks jasa BCA Sekuritas), jawaban yang saya terima adalah "saya tidak mengerti hal ini, saya hanya Operator" lalu ketika ditanya kenapa responnya Operator sangat tidak professional dan tidak layak dari seorang yang merepresentasikan BCA Sekuritas. Yang dijawab adalah "saya tidak representasikan BCA Sekuritas, saya hanya Operator".
Ketika saya tanya kembali, Operator untuk perusahaan apa, dijawab, "Operator untuk BCA Sekuritas".
Very Unprofessional.
When I called BCA Sekuritas, the one who answered was the Operator where I was asking about the share purchase process for the issuer that was underwritten by BCA Sekuritas.
To my questions (which in my opinion is quite simple and in the context of BCA Sekuritas services), the answer I received was "I do not understand this, I am only an operator" and then when asked why the operator's response was so unprofessional and inappropriate from someone who represents BCA Sekuritas. The answer was "I do not represent BCA Sekuritas, I am only an operator".
When I asked again, the operator for what company was answered, "Operator for BCA Sekuritas".
