 Very slow service both via email and call center. Call centers are often busy. Disappointing.

Saya sudah menunggu lebih dari batas maksimal hari kerja yang mereka tentukan, sejak registrasi untuk pembukaan RDN. Tapi ketika dikonfirmasi mengenai progress status pembukaan RDN saya, CS BNI Sekuritas justru bilang bahwa aplikasi pengajuan dari saya tidak pernah masuk ke BNI Sekuritas, dan malah meminta saya registrasi ulang via online.
VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY BAD SERVICE !!
I have waited more than the maximum working day limit that they set, since registration for the opening of RDN. But when I was confirmed about the progress of my RDN opening status, CS BNI Sekuritas actually said that my application had never entered BNI Securities, and instead asked me to re-register via online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau buat akun dan datang langsung ditolak.. disuruh lewat online dan tetap mengirimkan data ke kantor pusat nya juga.. dengan alasan WFH.. sama sekali tidak costumer oriented.

Want to create an account and come immediately rejected ... told to go online and still send data to its headquarters too ... with the reason WFH ... not at all customer oriented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini niat berusaha gk sih? Saya telfon ke nomor BNI nya kok gk pernah bisa nyambung, padahal saya nelfon nya di hari dan jam kerja. Saya mau ngurus akun saya jadi terhalang karna petugas gak responsif.
Is this the intention to try or not? I called the BNI number, how come I can never connect, even though I call it on working days and hours. I want to manage my account so it becomes blocked because the officer is not responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer servicenya tidak memberikan solusi, sudah dateng ke kantornya, seharusnya kan di beri petunjuk yang jelas masalah nasabah.. Mungkin pakai telp kantor buat telp ke customer bni Sekuritas online atau bagaimana.. Tidak ada tindakan action yang mempermudah nasabah
The customer service does not provide a solution, has come to the office, should have been given clear instructions on the customer's problem.. Maybe use the office phone to call BNI Sekuritas customers online or something.. There is no action that makes it easier for customers

PT BNI Sekuritas's office is located inside Indofood Tower 16th floor. The office was just renovated when this review was written. Great service and friendly staff. Investment classes are often done for the public here. Information regarding class schedules can be seen through Instagram @bnisekuritas
