The wait times are insane! 4 hours just to meet a pregnancy specialist for a 5 min consultation, another 1 hour to wait for the payment via insurance and another half hour to wait the payment to go through and another half hour to get the medicine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, this hospital has always been on the pricier side. A single lab exam (ferritin) costed us twice than it would at a private lab such as Pr**** (plus the insurance rejected to cover the expenses, perhaps due to the lack of proper underlying diagnosis that should’ve been explained by the hospital, though my previous hemoglobin level was below normal hence the need to check for ferritin - they didn’t bother to make further confirmation with the patient or the attending physician). The lab registration officer was not really offering great hospitality.
Secondly, the waiting time for consultation was dreadful. I made appointment two weeks before designated date, arrived at the hospital 10mins before my time slot, and was made to wait for more than 1 hour for a 15 min prenatal consultation. The doctor was a prominent one in the field, I suppose, yet I didn’t feel satisfied with the way he handled the patient. He was somewhat distant and quiet. He actually arrived at 13.35 (his practice should have started at 13.00) but they started calling patients at 14.00ish, I think due to a problem in the USG machine. They don’t give you CD/soft copy for your 4D ultrasound too. For an ultrasound that costs you more than 1 mio (exclude doctor fee) I think it’s not worthy.
Third, the hospitality of the staffs couldn’t hurt to be improved. A smile and simple greeting before handling customers and patience is a bare minimum. However, I have to admit that the specialists here are ones with good reputation so I understand why patients are flooding this hospital.
After all, I think I wouldn’t come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after postponing myself to do medical check up because of COVID, i finally get back here. still the same old, good service, friendly staffs, decent waiting time, dane procedure. if you’re an outpatient, you have to make a reservation call first, then came to hospital. your queue number will be based on arrival time. you can take queue number from 7 AM even if your doctor is available at 11 AM.
