★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman tambal gigi disini via rujukan BPJS, daftarnya ke Poli Gigi dulu ga bisa langsung ke Poli Konservasi ataupun Bedah Mulut, oiya mending ambil antrian online di aplikasi SiJago biar ga rebutan nomor dari Subuh, nomor antrian di SiJago dibuka 1 minggu sebelum hari yang mau dipilih
Terimakasih banyak drg. Riska sabar banget ngerawat gigi saya yang banyak bolong & beberapa gigi sampe bolak balik gegara patah tambelannya ??
Kalo udah dapet antrian di SiJago, dateng di hari yang dipilih bawa fotokopi BPJS, KTP dan surat rujukan, nanti minta nomor antrian online di Satpam dalem (pasien baru atau lama), kalo pasien baru ntar dipanggil buat regis di pendaftaran dalem, kalo pasien lama nanti disuruh ke sisi kiri pintu masuk banyak bangku2 gitu buat nunggu dipanggil 3 satpam yang akan bantu daftarin kita di sistem, oiya pemanggilan nomor antrian ini mulai jam 7 pagi, abis dipanggil & di daftarin di sistem baru deh kita diperbolehin masuk ke dalem (sesuai Poli yang dipilih)

If you already have a queue at SiJago, come on the chosen day with a photocopy of your BPJS, KTP and referral letter, later ask for the online queue number at the security guard in the palace (new or old patients), if you are a new patient, you will be called to register at the palace registration, if you are an old patient Later we are told to go to the left side of the entrance, there are lots of benches to wait for 3 security guards to be called who will help register us in the system, oh yes, calling this queue number starts at 7 am, after being called & registered in the new system, we are allowed to enter the palace (according to the Politics). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kecewa sama penaganan UGD, kondisi saya lagi asma udah sakit beberapa hari dan hampir tiap dini hari kebangun karna bunyik seseknya keceng banget hampir ga ada jeda bunyi "ngik2nya",
Pagi nya datang kesana tepatnya sabtu pagi jam setengah 8an, di arahin satpam ke UGD, di UGD kosong ga ada orang, coba tanya satpam diminta tunggu, udah nunggu ga ada yg dateng, coba tanya satpam lagi katanya lg ganti shift, yaudah nunggu sampai jam 8 lewat ga ada orang juga yg dateng ke UGD, perawat pun ga ada.
karna udh kesel bngt ga ada yg dateng, alhasil saya pulang, tak lupa untuk pamit ke satpam nya, trus jalan ke parkiran sambil nahan nangis, mikir kok begini banget pelayananannya, padahal saya datang untuk obat tapi pulang tanpa obat.
semoga RSUD Jagakarsa bisa lebih baik dalam menagani pasien, terutama pasien gawat darurat
disappointed with the emergency room treatment, my condition is asthmatic, I've been sick for a few days and wake up almost every morning because the noise is so loud, there's almost no pause for the "squeaking" sound.
In the morning, I came there, Saturday morning at half past 8, the security guard directed me to the ER, the ER was empty, no one was there, try asking the security guard, I was asked to wait, I've been waiting for no one to come, try asking the security guard again, he said he was changing shifts, so I waited until the hour 8 past no one came to the ER, not even a nurse.
because I was so annoyed that no one came, as a result I went home, didn't forget to say goodbye to the security guard, then walked to the parking lot while holding back tears, thinking how come the service was really like this, even though I came for medicine but came home without medicine.
Hopefully Jagakarsa Hospital can be better at handling patients, especially emergency patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 Jan 2022 berkunjung kesini untuk ke poli MCU mengurus surat bebas narkoba dan MMPI.
Pertama kali yg saya rasakan utk pelayanan di RSUD ini, dari petugas parkir, satpam pelayanan, petugas kasir, petugas lab, dokter. Alhamdulillah semua ramah-ramah dan jelas dalam memberikan arahan.
Biaya Poli MCU 275.000 (Surat Ket Sehat dan Bebas NAPZA)
Biaya Poli MMPI 180.000 (Surat jadi dalam 3 hari kerja)
Parkir motor dari jam 06.45 - 12.15 (10rb)
12 Jan 2022 visited here to go to the MCU poly to get a drug-free letter and MMPI.
The first time I felt for services at this hospital, from parking attendants, service security guards, cashiers, lab staff, doctors. Alhamdulillah all friendly and clear in giving directions.
MCU Poly Fee 275,000 (Health Certificate and Drug Free)
MMPI Poly Fee 180,000 (Letter finished in 3 working days)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was handled by Dr. Nadya, she's kind and very helpful ... 5 stars for her ... But,at the registration, the man with the beard on his face,worst !! Idk and don't wanna know his name! He talked to us without seeing face to face, never said "thank you" as he supposed to... 0(zero) for him!! I hope I'll never see him anymore ... Bad attitude. the parking service more better than him!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been a year since i have diagnose of lower back pain (LBP) on 2019. I've got my daily therapy here. The nurse staff at physiotherapy section are super friendly and helpfull. The doctors also kind and very details when checking my LBP. The security staff also helpfull. At the first time visit i have to come early in the morning and waiting to be in therapy room. But Alhamdulillah i've got much better now so i dont have to get there earlier, because the nurse change my schedule in to Saturday that give me a space to come a bit early noon:) This hospital also has a muslim prayer room, toilet, small canteen, garden, parking lot and shelter for those who use public transportation. Located near Cilandak and Jagakarsa area, easy to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and the nurses are mostly friendly, helpful and reliable. I don't know why, maybe it's just my preference but I feel that the male nurses are more friendly than the female ones. My mom also felt the same. Yet, they looked after me with the utmost care while I was hospitalized there. I can see the sincerity included in each of their action when taking care of the patients. Some of them are funny to talk to as well.. ^^
