★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kesini sekitar jam 3 sore hari kamis antar ibu saya yang berumur lebih dari 67 tahun untuk laporan pencurian uang lewat Mobile Banking.
Diterima petugas pelayanan masyarakat, diarahkan ke bagian bawah tempat reserse untuk bikin permohonan, balik lagi ke atas tempat pelayanan tadi.
Nah pas balik itu sekitar jam 4 sore, nunggu bikin surat registrasi laporan lama banget hampir 1 jam, beberapa kali harus dikoreksi karena mungkin copy paste lupa diganti, dst, sempat juga tinta printer habis jadi nunggu diisi ulang. Tapi pelayanan petugas sih cukup ramah orangnya, cuma lama aja nunggu suratnya selesai dicetak.
Setelah itu balik ke tempat penyidik reserse dan katanya ibu saya disuruh nunggu ditelpon oleh penyidik hari senin, tapi hingga hari jumat (sudah lebih dari 1 pekan) belum ditelpon penyidik, saya coba telpon ke Polres Depok diterima oleh operator, kita disuruh datang lagi aja ke Polres tapi masalahnya lokasi Polres Depok kan lumayan jauh apalagi ibu saya udah lansia.
Akhirnya ya kita cuma bisa pasrah nunggu telpon dari penyidik yang entah kapan itu bisa dilakukan.

After that, I went back to the detective investigator and said my mother was told to wait for the investigator to call on Monday, but until Friday (it's been more than 1 week) the investigator hasn't called, I tried to call the Depok Police, the operator received it, we were told to come back to the police station. Polres but the problem is the location of the Depok Police is quite far, especially since my mother is elderly.
In the end, we can only resign ourselves to waiting for a call from the investigator, who knows when it can be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, Polres Depok sudah lebih baik dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, sekarang lebih tertata rapi, lebih informatif dan tidak ada calo2 SIM yang menawarkan jasa seperti dulu. Walaupun sebenarnya kita masih bisa meminta "bantuan" dalam pengurusan SIM (tanpa tes), namun tidak ada yang menawarkan secara terang-terangan. Walapun di beberapa loket, sudah ada tulisan "TIDAK ADA TRANSAKSI DI LOKET INI" sayangnya masih banyak orang2 yang melakukan transaksi (agar bisa lulus tanpa tes). Pembuatan SIM sekarang sudah terintegrasi di satu tempat, dari mulai pemeriksaan kesehatan, rekam data dan ujian. Walaupun di pemeriksaan kesehatan terdapat informasi tarif sebesar Rp25.000, sayangnya kita tidak bisa meminta bukti pembayaran (kwitansi). Apakah sebenarnya pemeriksaan kesehatan sudah termasuk dalam biaya pembuatan SIM (I don't know) ???. Semoga kedepannya bisa menjadi lebih baik lagi, dan semoga Polisi dan Masyarakat sadar bahwa dalam penerbitan SIM memang diperlukan ujian, agar tidak ada SIM nembak yang nantinya malah membuat jalanan di Indonesia "TIDAK AMAN" karena kurangnya etika dan pengetahuan pengendara dalam berkendaraan.
Honestly, Depok Police is better than in previous years, now it is more organized, more informative and there are no SIM brokers offering services like before. Although in fact we can still ask for "help" in obtaining a SIM (without a test), but no one offers it openly. Even though at some counters, there are already written "NO TRANSACTIONS AT THIS OFFICE" unfortunately there are still many people who make transactions (in order to pass without a test). SIM making is now integrated in one place, starting from health checks, data recording and exams. Although at the health check there is information on the tariff of Rp. 25,000, unfortunately we cannot ask for proof of payment (receipt). Is the medical examination actually included in the cost of making a SIM (I don't know)???. Hopefully in the future it can be even better, and hopefully the police and the public are aware that in issuing a driving license it is necessary to take a test, so that there is no shooting license which will make the roads in Indonesia "UNSAFE" due to the lack of ethics and knowledge of drivers in driving.
