One of the best chain hospital in Cibubur, very clean surface area's and computerized. Friendly and helpful customer service staff's .

Not the first time here, and certainly not the first time that we have to wait longer than the scheduled appointment. Let's say your doctor supposed to be in at 5pm, and you are the first in line, you'll usually have to wait for another hour (or sometimes more) before the doctor really comes. But the doctors are quite nice. They're just not that good in terms of being on time. But yeah, they're doctors. We have to understand that. Otherwise, the hospital is fine. The staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. The nurses are always friendly and informative, too.

The consultation with the doctor went well. However, there are miscommunication from the administration staff that asking me to wait while not checked-in yet. I waited more than 1 hour until i realized myself that i should check in first, which the staff supposed to tell me. What a waste of time?

Very bad experience here, if you are new patient, good luck since no one will guide you at all. Waiting for 1.5 hours wondering why new patient getting called first than me who already waiting for hours, turn out have to report to one place first where no one inform me. The Doctor, Wira Dwi Putri, laughed at your face if you don't know medical fact, who is getting medical degree here? It's your job to tell me what is wrong with me. Rude Doctor and Nurse.

We have a pleasant service during treatment here, the staff are friendly and doctors are willing to explain the disease and treatment.

Great doctors. Super bad administration. If you’re currently scrolling through the previous reviews, most of them mentioning bad quality of administration is true. - I was planning to book a visit to the doctor through call, but all of the extensions are inactive. So please be patient when you’re contacting them. The hospital really needs to relook on this since call service matters a LOT. Imagine getting emergency patients or having a digital immigrant patients that can’t register for a visit through online platforms by themselves? Please be more empathic. - Super long waiting time for payment and pharmacies here. I don’t really understand the reason behind this. However, based on my experience if you have several medicines to get, please just use the medicine delivery service or else you need to wait for hours (I tried to wait for the medicine for 2 hours but since I thought I was waiting too long, I tried using their delivery service and it turns out that the medicine is ready after around 5-7 hours! Imagine if I had to wait at the hospital ?) - Today, I was about to pay for doctor appointment and medicine. I literally stood RIGHT in front of the desk waiting to be proceed for a couple of mins - but it turns out I need to get a ticket from the kiosk first, yet the staff didn’t explain the procedure to me at all. I asked β€œCan I pay here?” and the staff only mumbled and I couldn’t hear clearly so I get confused. The staff didn’t even look up to me? So I tried to ask the other staff to get explanation. Seriously, we - the patients - are busy as well and we don’t want to waste our time, and we really appreciate the staff but can you please be more informative and clear??? I brought my laptop with me so that I can work from hospital (lol I’m writing this while waiting for my turn to pay and it’s already +1 hour). - Another tips, if you make an appointment with your doctor here, please do confirm with your doctor the time of their arrival at the hospital and what time they’re accepting patients. The hospital won’t give you information on the specific schedule despite of you already booking a schedule. - They’re currently upgrading the administration system I guess, but it’s not really helping. Don’t be surprised if you get confused when you visit the hospital. Make sure to ask the staff there for the steps/guides and ask them for a clear explanation so you won’t get lost in the confusing flow of administration.
