★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan saya mau beli brown slurpy bobba cheese brulee, saya pesan tanpa bobba karena emang ga doyan.
Tapi mas2 petugas bilang ga bisa karena nanti rasanya jadi ga enak. Saya bilang saya biasa beli Gulu2 di Ciputra Cibubur, TSM Cibubur, Grand Indonesia, ga cuma sekali dua kali bahkan, ga pernah tuh ada masalah atau ga dibolehkan.
Sedangkan di FX ini malah petugas bersikeras saya harus tetap pakai bobbanya karena SOP dimana saja sama.
Hmm jawabannya ga banget, karena faktanya emang saya sering beli!
Entah masnya yg baru dan dan kurang pelatihan atau entah karena SOP dari store manager Gulu2 FX, intinya saya kecewa padahal saya penggemar berat.
I just wanted to buy a brown slurpy bobba cheese brulee, I ordered it without bobba because it really isn't hooked.
But the officers said they couldn't because it felt bad later. I said I used to buy Gulu2 at Ciputra Cibubur, TSM Cibubur, Grand Indonesia, not just once or twice, never had a problem or was not allowed.
Whereas at this FX the officer insisted I had to keep using his bobbins because SOPs were the same everywhere.
Hmm, the answer isn't really, because of the fact that I often buy it!
Either the new mas and lack of training or because of the SOP from the store manager Gulu2 FX, basically I'm disappointed even though I'm a big fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik dan ramah, tapi disayangkan harus ada proses menunggu minuman dimasak padahal hampir jam 11.
Good and friendly service, but unfortunately there must be a process of waiting for drinks to be cooked even though it's almost 11 o'clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store ini terletak di lantai 2F, kira2 di depan store Guardian. Untuk luas storenya relatif terbatas tempat duduknya, hanya muat tiga orang yang duduk berdempetan, tanpa ada meja. Kelihatannya memang kursinya dibuat hanya untuk menunggu minumannya jadi (buat untuk nongkrong).
Ketika tulisan ini dibuat (pertengahan April 2019), pembayaran di store ini bisa menggunakan tunai, Gopay, dan Ovo. Pelayanan nya baik dan cepat. Antreannya tidak begitu ramai.
This store is located on the 2F floor, approximately in front of the Guardian store. For the storenya area is relatively limited seating, only fit three people who sat together, without a table. It seems that the chair was made just to wait for the drink to be made (for hanging out).
When this article was written (mid April 2019), payments in this store can use cash, Gopay, and Ovo. The service is good and fast. The line is not so crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali cobain gulu-gulu, varian tea nya tapi sold out sekitar jam 5 sore, so sad T_T. Akhirnya beli yg cheese ultimate dark choco size regular 32K. Rasanya enak perpaduannya pas, hanya di akhir mulai terasa sedikit enek, bener-bener di sisa minuman terakhir. Saya kecewa banget sama waiter pria di outlet ini, karena tidak menyiapkan pesanan sesuai antrian. Minuman saya terlewat 3 antrian setelah saya, padahal jelas-jelas saya standby menunggu sambil berdiri di depan outlet.
First try it first and foremost, the tea variant is sold out around 5pm, sad T_T. Finally, buy the cheese ultimate dark choco regular size 32K. It tastes good, the mix is just right, only at the end it starts to feel a little runny, really in the last remaining drink. I am really disappointed with the male waiter at this outlet, because I don't prepare orders according to the queue. My drink missed 3 queues after me, even though I clearly standby waiting while standing in front of the outlet.
