★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional. Only took 20-25 minutes in total to replace my LG G4 board + testing+ setting, and ready to pickup. Pak Budi is the person who do the service. Very nice guy, and very experience..good job pak. I'm very satisfy with the respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CS officers are friendly enough, though the same cannot be said for the security guard who was stiff and unsmiling. The service was fast (came there to have a charger replaced). Overall quite a pleasant place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took long time to come back when complained my washing machine has problems. One week got call that they gave me calls and no pick up, but they called to wrong number. Excuses. Expensive service rate. Just checked washing machine, cleaned hose filter, paid Rp180k. It took not more than 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and solution was quickly made and given, i had my LG phone checked out and they found that the battery had to be replaced. I would have given this a 5-star rating, but their service counter on the second floor had a rather too narrow stairway leading to it. Not much of a bother though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally amazed with the quality of the service centre. You'll be served by the mechanics directly which of course would understand the issues in detail instead of when being accepted by a customer service who'd only write your complains. To make it more exceptional, ur phone will be fixed immediately in front of your eyes and it would take a couple of minutes to finish it. Triple thumbs up!
