One of the best service center for repairing your Samsung smartphones. Very helpful and friendly staff, and the quality of work is excellent. Extremely prompt and neat. I had damaged my S9+ LCD, got it fixed at Samsung Service Center ITC Roxy in under 24 hours - good as new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place for servicing of Samsung smartphone. First time here for servicing my friend Samsung Mobile. Also direct selling phone accessories. The waiting room is very clean and tidy. They provide coffee or tea while waiting for the queue number. Friendly and helpful of customer services. Open daily, Monday to Sunday 10 Am to 8 PM, the store close on Public holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today only found 1 Samsung Service Center at Roxy Mas shopping complex, located at 1st floor. Not so crowded people here.
Around 2 years ago, before covid, there are 2 Samsung Service here due too many people repairing their Samsung mobile here.
Price for service kept same since 2-3 years ago for re-format mobile phone Rp 73.000,-
It's a shame that Samsung hasn't sold Tab 8 inch anymore since 2019.
