Jam operasionalnya, dari jam 10 pagi sampai jam 6 sore.
Rekomendasi banget kalo emang mau service hape ke sini aja, ini tempat service hape resmi, mulai dari Huawei, Nokia, dan lain-lain tanpa kena cas alias free (tergantung masa garansi ya, kalau masa garansi abis pastinya bayar)
Petugasnya kebetulan tadi dapet yang ramah, jadi, good experience lah, apalagi ini pertama kali juga service hape di sini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kerusakan saya kena Deadpixel(burn in) , layar jadi ungu , saya datang ke tempat ini untuk claim garansi , katanya mau diperiksa, saya tau betul layar kaca saya tidak ada lecet sama sekali waktu saya serahkan , bahkan ada bukti di fotonya bahwa layar kaca saya baik baik saja dibagian dead pixel , tapi setelah masnya kembalikan HP saya , HP saya mati total , hp sangat panas dan ada Lecet/retak dibagian deadpixelnya (anehkan) padahal tidak ada sama sekali pada waktu saya foto itu dan pada waktu saya serahkan ke dia. Saya kaget karena pada waktu saya serahkan tidak seperti itu, skrng mati total dia bilangnya waktu ditangannya mati total , padahal sejam lalu saya buat hp itu untuk grab ke tempat ini , ada buktinya di grab saya. Saya juga check review tempat ini ternyata ada juga senasib sama saya , PLIS KALAU MAU SERCIVE JGN KE TEMPAT INI , NANTI GARANSI KALIAN MALAH TIDAK BISA DI CLAIM DIMANA MANA. HATI HATI. JAUHI TEMPAT INI DAN PEGAWAI PEGAWAINYA , SANGAT KONSPIRATIF.
my damage got Deadpixel(burn in), the screen turned purple, I came to this place to claim the warranty, he said he wanted to be checked, I know very well that my glass screen had no scratches at all when I handed it over, there is even evidence in the photo that my glass screen is it's fine in the dead pixel section, but after the man returned my cellphone, my cellphone was completely dead, the cellphone was very hot and there were scuffs/cracks on the deadpixel section (weird) even though it wasn't there at all when I took the photo and when I handed it over to him. I was surprised because when I handed it over it wasn't like that, now it's completely dead, he said when his hand was completely dead, even though an hour ago I made the cellphone to grab it to this place, there is evidence in my grab. I also checked the review of this place, it turns out that there is also the same fate as me, PLIS IF YOU WANT TO BE SERCIVED DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, EVEN YOUR WARRANTY CAN'T EVEN CLAIM ANYWHERE. BE CAREFUL. STAY AWAY BY THIS PLACE AND ITS STAFF, VERY CONSPIRATIVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganti connector usb port hp nokia 6, staf nya informatif, harga sesuai (mirip2 dengan tempat lain) dan parts nya original, beruntung bisa selesai kurang dari sehari (sebenarnya 1-2 jam selesai tapi di tes charge dulu).
Replace the usb port connector for hp nokia 6, the staff is informative, the price is appropriate (similar to other places) and the parts are original, lucky to be able to finish in less than a day (actually 1-2 hours finished but the charge test first).

Sampe ngasih kepala charger infinix punya sendiri gara2 stok kepala charger habis dan kondisinya hp setelah diservis karna kerusakan gabisa ngecass, hanya bisa pake casan infinix ori. Trus harga service nya juga murah. Kirain bakal 200-300 ternyata cuma 100an
The service is really good. There are fathers whose names are Mr. Jamal or who, I forget. Until I gave the Infinix charger head I had my own because the stock of the charger head ran out and the condition of the cellphone after being serviced because of the damage it couldn't charge, I could only use the original Infinix charger. Then the price of the service is also cheap. I thought it would be 200-300 but it's only 100

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hp Bs3 dead pixel,sebelum sampe situ masih bisa di otak atik,msh keliatan layarnya kalopun dh redyp,msh bsa pesen gr*bsampe sana tb2 layar blank hitam,ga bsa liat apa apa,ditulisnya black screen ,di cek katanya retak padahal wkt kmren Ga ada retak samasekali,di cek disitu hp panas banget,kayak abis di pake ber jam jam,pdhal di busway msh bsa otak atik nyalain special effect nya,gausah deh service disini,yang ada malah harua keluar uang 2.5 buat benerin layar. Pdhal GARANSI gw masjh ada,burn in karna kesalahan hp di bilang VOID karna retak,padahal itu HP ga pernah gw bantingato ketindih sekalipun. Bad service!

Even though I still have the WARRANTY, I burned in because the cellphone error said it was VOID because it was cracked, even though I never hit the cellphone even though it was crushed. Bad service!
