★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice & friendly service from tech support in here, they will prioritize for customers coming here to diagnose the problem and if possible solved it right away if no overnight service needed. Got my DDX917ws having boot loop problem after updating fault firmware and the tech there decided to replace whole control/processor module in just about 1.5 hour waiting there, i was already feeling bad for that head unit, but hey it came back nicely new after that, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional authorized service center for Kenwood's head unit. Perhaps other Kenwoods' electronic devices as well.
My almost forgotten head unit for almost two years is repaired in this place for two working days only where all the places I have gone two has given up.
The service charge is also reasonable.
Payment can be made by hard cash or BCA debit card.
Highly recommended.
