★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama, saya nunggu 1 jam baru dipanggil. Ada juga bapak2 yang sampai balik lagi karena di surat hasilnya ga tercantum NIK padahal mau dipakai naik pesawat. FYI klinik ini juga ga punya dokter jaga. Hadeeeeh
 The service is long, I waited 1 hour before being called. There were also gentlemen who came back again because the result letter didn't include a NIK even though they wanted to be used on a plane. FYI this clinic also doesn't have a doctor on duty. Hadeeeeh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, menurut saya bagus. Sempat agak kacau ketika test disitu tapi mungkin disebabkan oleh implementasi sistem baru, dan hanya kurang informasi kepada customermya.
Buka nya pagi dan enaknya gak banyak yg antri kalau pagi. Ada beberapa pilihan PCR tergantung kebutuhan.
Petugasnya profesional dan ramah.
Sudah beberapa kali kesini dan kualitasnya masih sama.
Overall, I think it's good. It was a bit messy when testing there but maybe it was due to the implementation of the new system, and just a lack of information to the customer.
It opens in the morning and the good thing is that there are not many queues in the morning. There are several PCR options depending on the need.
The staff is professional and friendly.
Been here several times and the quality is still the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ untuk pelayanan kepada customer mungkin sudah cukup baik, lingkungan bersih, nyaman dan sangat mematuhi protokol. namun untuk rekruitmentnya sekedar saran, mohon untuk lebih mempertimbangkan jadwal interview user lagi.
beberapa waktu lalu sempat mendapat panggilan interview pukul 13.00 WIB, interview dengan 3 orang atasan langsung termasuk manager. Tiba di lokasi pukul 12.45 WIB, total kandidat yang datang ada 4 orang.
Dari pukul 13.00 sd sekitar pukul 13.40 baru satu kandidat yang selesai interview setelah itu user minta break karena belum sholat dan makan alhasil harus menunggu lagi hingga pukul 14.35 WIB.
mohon maaf, sekedar saran next time untuk lebih mempertimbangkan waktunya lagi, sesuaikan dengan jam isoma. kalau begini terkesan menyepelekan kandidat dan tidak sesuai janji/kesepakatan. mohon untuk bisa saling menghargai waktu satu sama lain.
for service to customers it may be good enough, the environment is clean, comfortable and strictly adheres to the protocol. however, the recruitment is just a suggestion, please consider the user interview schedule more.
Some time ago, I got a call for an interview at 13.00 WIB, interviewed with 3 direct supervisors including the manager. Arriving at the location at 12.45 WIB, a total of 4 candidates came.
From 13.00 to around 13.40, only one candidate finished the interview, after which the user asked for a break because he had not prayed and eaten, so he had to wait again until 14.35 WIB.
sorry, just a suggestion next time to be more considerate of the time again, adjust it to the isoma clock. if this seems to underestimate the candidate and not according to the promise/agreement. please be able to respect each other's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu Lab Klinik yang sudah terjalin dengan Litbangkes dan juga aplikasi Peduli Lindungi jadi hasil test resmi bisa di pergunakan untuk persyaratan penerbangan maupun lainnya.. Lokasi mudah di cari tepatnya arah ke Pasar Anyar Bogor jejeran Ruko sebelah Bank BNI cab Sudirman Bogor. Pengambilan sample cukup cepat dan hasil bisa di tunggu 15-30menit. Untuk biaya Rapid Test dan PCR sangat terjangkau. bisa di lihat dari Foto saya. Harga pas waktu cek/test akhir November 2021.. Recomended
One of the Clinical Labs that has been established with Litbangkes and the Peduli Protect application so that the official test results can be used for flight requirements and others. The location is easy to find, precisely for directions to Pasar Anyar Bogor, lined with Ruko next to Bank BNI, Sudirman Bogor. Sampling is quite fast and results can be waited 15-30 minutes. The cost of Rapid Test and PCR is very affordable. You can see from my photos. The price is right for checking/testing at the end of November 2021.. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had good experiences coming here to swab pcr. I did swab twice at Trastia. The result is fast and everything is so simple. There are many clinics who do swab but the result is too long, but not this clinic. Highly recommend !
