★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di Prodia Pajajaran sangat jelek, tidak memuaskan. Sy dijanjikan hasil lab keluar tgl 9 Sept. Saat sy datang hari ini, petugas cek beberapa saat di komputer lalu dengan ringan bilang bahwa hasilnya baru bisa diambil besok tgp 10 Sept siang !!!!
Padahal jelas2 tertulis di kertas lab, hasilnya diambil tgl 9 Sept.
Sebegitu gampangnya Prodia meremehkan customer. Sangat tidak memuaskan. Jangan datang ke Prodia, hanya janji saja tapi PELAYANAN SANGAT JELEK
 Service at Prodia Pajajaran is very bad, unsatisfactory. I was promised that the lab results will come out on Sept. 9. When I arrived today, the clerk checked for a while on the computer then lightly said that the results could only be retrieved tomorrow, September 10, noon !!!!
Even though it was clearly written on the lab paper, the results were taken on September 9th.
It is so easy for Prodia to underestimate its customers. Very unsatisfactory. Don't come to Prodia, just promises but VERY BAD SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ramah rekomendasi banget, disaat pandemi seperti ini mungkin karena keterbatasan petugasnya jadi sedikit lama untuk pelayanannya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ramah, wajar sih kalau agak sedikit lama karena memang keterbatasan petugas di saat pandemi. Sehat sehat untuk petugasnya, tingkatkan terus kualitas pelayanan.

1. Hrsnya dtempat yg dekat dgn no antrian ada CS/pegawai yg jaga agar ketika calon customer mau ambil nomor antrian tau tipe antrian apa yg hrs dpilih.
2. Yg bikin kasih bintang 2 itu toilet nya parah bgd kondisi nya. Jorok. Ada banyak bekas urine ddlm toiletnya. Pdhl ada form pengecekan kondisi toilet tp sepertinya tdk di update. Dan ini kan klinik laboratorium (bergerak dbidang kesehatan), bukan macem toilet umum. Dan tempat org2 bnyak ambil sample urine kan dsini. Jadi hrsnya sllu djaga utk tetap steril.
For less here services:
1. Should be in a place that is close to the queue number there is a CS / employee on guard so that when a prospective customer wants to take the queue number he knows what type of queue to choose.
2. The one that made you love 2 stars, the toilet was in bad condition. Dirty. There is a lot of urine in the toilet. There is a form to check the condition of the toilet but it doesn't seem to have been updated. And this is a laboratory clinic (engaged in the health sector), not some public toilet. And where many people take urine samples right here. So you should always keep it sterile.

Asked for the English version of the test results but sent the Indonesian version even though CS was already talking ok. Bad service

Pelayannya pun tidak ramah
Telp cs pun susah di hubungijika tidak urgent saya tidak akan merekomendasikan medis di lab ini.
Disappointed The service is inconsistent for the delivery of medical results.
The waiter is not friendly either
Even the cs phone is difficult to contact, if it's not urgent, I will not recommend medical treatment in this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sepengalaman saya pelayanan disini baik, tidak ada hal yang terlalu mengecewakan untuk saya. Letak nya pun strategis, dekat dengan PMI. Prodia adalah rujukan paling sering saya terima kalo atau keluarga saya berobat ke PMI. Antrian nya pun tidak terlalu ramai sehingga tak perlu sampai lama kita menunggu. Saya penasaran sebetulnya apakah disini ada dokternya. Apa kah jika kita ingin tau kondisi tubuh kita melalui lab disini harus dengan rujukan dokter di rumah sakit.
In my experience the service here is good, nothing is too disappointing for me. The location is also strategic, close to PMI. Prodia is the most frequent referral I receive if my family or I go to PMI for treatment. The queue was not too crowded so we didn't have to wait long. I really wonder if there is a doctor here. What if we want to know the condition of our bodies through the lab here must be referred to a doctor at the hospital.
