★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apakah di sini sudah ada yg claim lewat bank bni sudirman ini? Saya claim sudah seminggu blm ada hasil,
berapa lama pencairan nya?
 Has anyone made a claim through this Sudirman Bank? I claim it has been a week yet there are results,
how long will it take?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya kurang ramah masa baru selesai pengaktivan buku rek di cs dan teller pas saya mau coba kartu ATM di atmnya memasukkan PINnya eror terus, padahal pin sudah benar, eh pas nanya ke satpam nya malah jawab engga bisa, saya mau balik lagi ke Cs pun susah!! Buat apa ada Cs kalo ga bisa layanin nasabah!!?
The security guard was not friendly, when I just finished activating the account book in CS and the teller when I wanted to try the ATM card in the ATM I kept entering the PIN, it kept getting error, even though the pin was correct, uh when I asked the security guard I couldn't even answer, I wanted to go back to Cs, it was difficult !! Why is there Cs if I can't serve customers !!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ solusi yang di berikan garda terdepan(satpam) kadang masih kurang bagus...bisa menggunakan mesin sonic untuk ganti atm kenapa saya harus menunggu 2 jam ke CS, membuang waktu saja.
the solution given by the front guard (security guard) is sometimes still not good ... can use a sonic machine to change atm why do I have to wait 2 hours to CS, just a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya anntri dari pagi tp ada yg bru datang lsg dsuruh masuk dan d layani ktika saya complain katany itu mantan satpam dsni apa kami harus jd mantan kryawan dsni dulu atau pny knalan d dalam agar lsg di layani....? Tlong pak disiplin d terapkan ksihan yg udah antri dari pagi walo pun dia mantan stpam stts saya dan dia sama sama sama nasabah ini satpam yg kasih masuk yg bru datang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk yang akan mengklaim BPJSTK atau yang dialihkan dari kantor BPJSTK Bogor kesini (Bank BNI) harap membawa formulir yang telah diisi di Kantor BPJSTK dan kelengkapan yang kurang saat dikantor BPJSTK dan membawa materai lagi 1 (apabila tidak memiliki Rekening BNI). Apakah wajib Rek.BNI? "Ya". Apakah dipungut biaya untuk pembuatan Rekening BNI tersebut untuk setor awal tabungan? "Tidak, melainkan hanya membayar Rp.15.000 untuk biaya administrasi pada teller untuk pembukaan rekening baru". Kalo udah punya gimana? "Tidak perlu membuat lagi, cukup membawa Buku Tabungan Asli dan Fotocopy nya 1 lembar.
Harap membawa File asli yang menjadi persyaratan serupa saat dikantor BPJSTK.
Ruangan khusus BPJSTK ada dilantai 2, sebelumnya cukup informasikan pada Security Bank agar diberi informasi nomor antrian dan Ruanganya.

For those who will claim BPJSTK or who have been transferred from the Bogor BPJSTK office here (Bank BNI), please bring the completed form at the BPJSTK Office and the completeness that is lacking when at the BPJSTK office and bring more stamp duty 1 (if you don't have a BNI Account). Is it mandatory for the National Budget Account? "Yes". Are free of charge for the preparation of the BNI account for the initial deposit savings? "No, it only pays 15,000 for administrative costs to the teller for opening a new account". If you already have what? "No need to make it again, simply bring Passbook its Original and photocopy of one sheet.
Please bring the original file which is a similar requirement at the BPJSTK office.
The BPJSTK special room is on the second floor, previously enough to inform the Security Bank to be given the queue number and the room information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3x dtg ga prnh dpt antrian sekali ny dpt antrian ga bsa proses atm mau ganti k chip! Cs bni jutex2 tiap k bank ini cs ny muka asem trs,beda bgt sama pelayanan bank BCA!!!!!!!
3 times came, never got a queue once, got a queue, can't process atm, want to change k chip! Cs bni jutex2 every k of this bank cs ny sour face trs, it's very different from BCA bank services!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelek. Nasabah nanya satpamnya ga ngarahin, sampe nasabah nanya berkali kali. Suaranya pelan. Ga responsif. Di suruh isi form tapi ga di arahin. Beda bgt sama bank lain.
Bad. The customer asked the security guard, he didn't direct, until the customer asked him many times. His voice was low. Not responsive. I was told to fill out the form but was not directed. Very different from other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya tidak bersikap baik dan berbelit serta tidak diarahkan dengan baik. Saya ingin ke CS untuk mencairkan BPJS ketenagakerjaan melainkan disuruh ke kantor bersangkutan untuk dapat rekomendasi padahal tanpa perlu bisa langsung diurusi di BNI sini?
Alhasil kebesokanny saya datang lagi, dan itu satpam watados serta tidak mengarahkan dengan baik.
Mohon pelayanan CS + security untuk cabang BNI sudirman diperbaiki
