★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya pelayanan Lab. Cito Bogor keren sih. Mulai dari google chat nya yg fast respon, penanganan MCU nya juga detail, perawat dan dokternya ramah. Recommended deh yg mau MCU ke Lab. Cito Bogor. Jangan ragu datang kesana ?

awal nya sempat ragu untuk periksa dan tes kesehatan disini tapi setelah sampai di tempat nya benar-benar di luar expetasi, selain ruang tunggu nya yang nyaman banget juga banyak fasilitas gratis lain nya seperti dispenser air minum panas dan dingin, koran terupdate, colokan listrik juga kursi roda untuk mempermudah saudara kita yang menderita disabilitas, yang paling penting hasil pemeriksaan nya on time sesuai yang di janjikan bahkan terkadang lebih cepat, pelayanan disini juga ramah, pendingin udara nya juga berfungsi dengan sangat baik dan lokasinya sangat strategis sangat gampang di temukan.

First time to CITO Clinical Laboratory here
Initially, I was hesitant to check and have a health test here but after arriving at the place it was completely beyond expectations, besides the waiting room which was very comfortable, there were also many other free facilities such as hot and cold drinking water dispensers, updated newspapers, electric plugs too wheelchairs to make it easier for our brothers and sisters who suffer from disabilities, the most important thing is that the results of the examination are on time as promised, sometimes even faster, the service here is also friendly, the air conditioner also functions very well and the location is very strategic and very easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah, hasil tepat waktu bisa dikirim via wa. Ruang tunggu nyaman, parkiran kurang luas. Daerahnya strategis, kalau puasa untuk ambil darah, bisa makan di warteg samping lab setelah pengambilan darah sambil nunggu hasil labnya.
Friendly service, timely results can be sent via wa. The waiting room is comfortable, the parking area is not spacious. The area is strategic, if you are fasting to draw blood, you can eat at the warteg next to the lab after taking your blood while waiting for the lab results.

I have indirect experience with this the Lab CITO because the RSKIA had sent a tissue sample to examination at CITO. When the results from the lab came out and sent to the hospital where I used the service. Lab test resultsfrom CITO had put in an envelope but it was NOT sealed although there was an adhesive strip to seal it to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any patient. When I received my LAB result... I found that my result paper had been open ... You might be wondering how do I know? Very easy! The creases of the paper are not in the orientation and style that the documents in the envelope would be. If you look from the plastic pocket on the front of the envelope, you can only see the name, surname, number and age. The bottom of the plastic pocket from the envelope is no longer visible because the bottom of the paper will be covered, which is typical for privacy/ confidential (of the patient) letters. I've had my health check for almost my whole life, I've never had such a bad and unsecured experience like this before! Or this time I chose the wrong RSKIA where cooperate with CITO! Sadly... I would never recommend CITO to anyone because CITO never concern about privacy/confidential of the patients...
