2 times order here, the service is really bad. the first time my order was incomplete, the second time the order was not in accordance with what I paid alias incomplete (yes, AGAIN) even though the receipt was clearly stated. never want to buy from this brand EVER again. bad customer service too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pesan 2 kopi ukuran large via aplikasi traveloka. Memang sih pesan yg less ice, tapi kurangnya jgn sampe ¼ cup juga kali. Ini mah sama aja kayak pesan ukuran kecil. Dagang kopi ngga untung kali ya sampe hitungan kayak gini.
I ordered 2 large size coffees via the traveloka app. It's true that I ordered the one with less ice, but the lack of it should not be cup too. It's the same as ordering a small size. The coffee trade is not profitable until it's calculated like this.
