Actually, coming here to stay with a friend.... the place is clean with a two-story building.. the rooms are air-conditioned....for the price, sorry I don't know :D

Ada banyak varian kamar mulai dari 1.9 juta, 2 juta, dan 2.5 juta (kamar Mandi dalam) per bulan. Kalau langsung bayar Kos per 3 bulan dapat bonus potongan 100k per bulannya. Fasilitas lengkap banget: AC, kamar Mandi dalam/luar, oven, ruang makan/kumpul bersama, kulkas, dapur, jasa cuci baju (maks 3 baju per Hari), wifi, cctv, parkir motor/Mobil, pagar tertutup dan lumayan tinggi. Lupa harga segitu udh termasuk listrik atau belum. Ibu kos dan penjaga Kos juga ramah.

There are many room variants starting from 1.9 million, 2 million, and 2.5 million (bathroom) per month. If you pay directly for 3 months, you can get a 100k discount bonus per month. Very complete facilities: AC, indoor / outdoor bathroom, oven, dining / gathering room, refrigerator, kitchen, laundry service (max 3 clothes per day), wifi, cctv, motorbike / car parking, closed and quite high fences. Forgot that price, including electricity or not. The boarding house mother and boarding house keeper are also friendly.
