★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini sekedar berbagi aja buat pertimbangan. Sebenernya kembali ke kenyamanan juga pertimbangan masing masing orang. Cuma memang baiknya pikirkan dulu sebelum memutuskan untuk tinggal disini. Masih banyak opsi pilihan yang pengelolaannya lebih menyenangkan dan humanis. Masih ada tempat yang lebih sehat lha pokoknya dengan harga -harga setara.
Ibu penjaganya sekarang meski kadang helpful tapi juga ya gitu, suka lupa kalau posisinya adalah "penumpang" di pandawa. Kalau mau fair, dia hidup juga dari bayaran kost para penghuni. Ibu Pemiliknya, PMS nya kacau ... jadi kalau ngomong udah nyerocos aja , emosi tak tertahankan plus suka bawa bawa nama orang ...Meski kadang sopan juga sih, karena hobby pakai kata PUNTEN .. di sale lha pokoke ....
Ditempat ini
- Kalau pulang malam emang enak sih, karena bisa buka gerbang sendiri. tapi , kalau udah tengah malam, apalagi hujan, bawa tentengan banyak ..nah loh ... Lampu disana khan redup2 ya ..gemboknya dengan numeric ..kecil pula .. bener2 berjuang .... Rawan rasanya ...
- Kalau kamar yang di lantai 1, biasa kalau musim hujan, banyak kecoa dan tikus, naik dari got depan kayaknya ..
- Dinding kamarnya keramik semua (nuansa full putih) , jadi kerasa bobo di dapur atau di kamar mayat jangan2 ..haahhah..duh maap.. tapi meski gitu, rayap udah banyak bener di dalam rumah itu
-Kalau dari atas, mau lewat tengah, dibawa tangga suka banyak mainan bocah ... nah kalao lewat samping, duh cucian gelantung2 .... keliatan tuh underware, daster ..(padahal tempat jemuran ada di atas). jadi bingung ini di tebet apa bantaran kali mana gitu ...
- Satu hal lagi, dikit2 disini kena charge .. dan denda ... itungan puluhan ribu sih, cuma ya gitu .... itung itung itung itung .... Nah kalau ada sengketa soal beginian, ati2 deh ... disambangi sama polisi untuk mengeluarkan penghuni ...
Kira kira gitu deh ya ...silahkan aja buat consideration sendiri ... karena kebutuhan dan kepentingan tiap orang beda beda khan .. saya sih percaya, ada hukum tabur tuai ... roda hidup berputar. Loe bikin orang skrg susah, besok loe akan ngalamin ... Gak ada kamus halal buat manusia dzolim tho ...
- Makasiy lha ya buat Bu Yuli udah jagain pojokan pandawa lantai 1 (watch out ya bu ... disitu sering bau pandan loh ) ..jangan keseringan ngeluh ah klo idup ..disyukuri aja. Makasih juga buat Bu Cucu -semua jangan lupa loh, bahwa manusia itu sama dimata Tuhan ya Bu ... untuk mengetahui sesuatu memang manusia itu lebih baik adalah belajar ketimbang minta excuse. Diatas kuasa manusia ada kuasa Tuhan.

Mother guard now though sometimes helpful but also yes, like to forget that his position is "passenger" in Pandawa. If you want to be fair, he also lives on the boarding fees of the residents. saya masuk pas masih dengan penjaga lama, sehari2 saya nyaman sekali di kosan ini dan bisa akrab juga sama mas2 penjaganya. tapi semenjak penjaga kosan diganti sm mb yuli, bahkan untuk pulang ke kosan aja saya jadi males harus ketemu sama dia.
dulu sebelum dijaga dia kosan itu ramai, lantai saya banyak tetangganya, dan ramah2 semua. sekarang saya aja ga nyaman di kosan, sepi banget di lantai saya dari ramai tinggal diisi 2-3 kamar aja :(
baca review disini, ternyata ga cuma saya, penghuni lain juga terganggu sama mbak yuli penjaga baru ini. suka menegur tanpa alasan yang ga jelas, ga ramah sama sekali. lalu, yang mas sebelum ini review bilang denda, saya aja gapernah kena denda apa2 lho. yhaa jadi mbak yuli ini ga pikul rata kali ya orangnya, udah gitu sekalinya kepo, sampe ke batas kurang ajar. semua urusan pribadi kayaknya dia harus tau. Hari ini saya yg pindah dari kost ini. Sampe tetangga kostan sampe heran kost ini jadi sepi.
Saya juga pernah kehilangan paket saya 2x disini, saya tidak pernah mempermasalahkan. Cukup kecewa saja dengan keamanan dan penjaga disini. Padahal lokasi strategis banget, tapi kostnya sepi. Bukan satu dua orang saja yg mengeluh seperti saya. Yang mau kost disini mohon dipertimbangkan.

I entered right with the old guard, everyday I was very comfortable in this boarding house and could get along well with the guardians. but since the boarding guards were replaced by mb yuli, even just to go home to boarding houses I became lazy to meet with him.
before he was taken care of, the boarding house was crowded, my floor was full of neighbors, and all friendly. now i'm just not comfortable in the boarding house, it's so quiet on my floor from the crowd that just needs to be filled with 2-3 rooms :(
read the review here, it turns out it's not just me, other residents also disturbed by Ms. Yuli this new guard. likes to rebuke for no apparent reason, not friendly at all. then, the mas before this review said the fine, I just never got fined anything you know. yhaa so mbak yuli is not dull average times yes the person, already so once kepo, until the brazen limit. all personal matters like he should know. Today I moved from this boarding house. Until the neighboring boarding house was surprised that this boarding house was quiet.
I've also lost my package 2x here, I've never had a problem. Quite disappointed with the security and guards here. Even though the location is very strategic, but the boarding house is quiet. Not one or two people who complain like me. Who want boarding here please consider.

Saya seperti Mas yang sebelumnya review, saya penghuni lama dari 2018, waktu masih dijaga Mas Pandi & Mas Kevin. Saya merasa aman, nyaman disini, dengan lokasi kost yang strategis, fasilitas cukup lengkap dan penjaga yang ramah. Tapi semua berubah ketika penjaga kos diganti. Saya sudah ga merasa nyaman lagi, saya disini membayar untuk tinggal yang nyaman tapi gara2 penjaga baru malah nambah masalah hidup aja.
Penjaga baru a/n Yuli ini sangat sangat mengganggu dan membuat saya sama sekali tidak nyaman untuk tinggal di kosan yang selama ini jadi rumah kedua saya. Bahkan dari yang dulu kosan ini ramai dan kamar banyak terisi, sekarang untuk kosan 3 lantai yang ada 30 kamar, hanya terisi 8???
Semuanya gara2 penjaga yang tukang ngadu ini, suka marah tanpa sebab jelas, hari ini aturannya A, besok jadi B. Gimana orang mau nyaman sih ngekos tapi penjaganya udah kayak obsesi mau bikin asrama?
Jujur saya sedih harus angkat kaki dari kosan karena masalah ini. Semoga pemilik kosan mempertimbangkan lagi dalam milih penjaga kosan. Dan seharusnya di kosan yang mayoritas karyawan ini, penjaga harusnya tidak membawa anak kecil untuk tinggal di kosan. Selain mengganggu, barang2 seperti mainan juga berantakan menutupi lorong.
Saya sekarang lega udah ga perlu berurusan lagi sama Yuli penjaga Kost Pandawa baru. Berkurang banyak beban hidup saya sehari2 harus ngeladenin dia.

I like the previous Mas review, I am a long time resident of 2018, when I was still guarded by Mas Pandi & Mas Kevin. I feel safe, comfortable here, with a strategic boarding location, fairly complete facilities and friendly guards. But all changed when the boarding guards were replaced. I don't feel comfortable anymore, I'm here to pay for a comfortable stay but because of the new guards, it just adds to the problem of life.
Yuli's new guard a / n is very very annoying and makes me not at all comfortable to live in a boarding house which has been my second home. Even from the past the boarding house was crowded and many rooms were filled, now for a 3-storey boarding house there were 30 rooms, only filled 8 ???
All because of the guards who complain, like to be angry for no apparent reason, today the rules are A, tomorrow is B. How do people want to be comfortable, but the guardians are like an obsession to make a dorm?
Honestly I am sad to have to leave my home because of this problem. Hopefully the owner of the boarding house consider again in choosing the boarding guard. And should the majority of employees in this boarding house, the guard should not bring a small child to live in a boarding house. Besides disturbing, things like toys are also messy covering the hallway.
I am now relieved that I no longer have to deal with the new Yuli Pandavas boarding guard. Less burden of my daily life had to turn him aside.

saya sedang berada disini secara Realtime. menjaga kepuasan penghuni memang tugas penjaga kost. Kembali lagi penjaga kos juga di berikan amanah utk menjaga ketertiban dalam suasana dalam rumah kost yg sebagai mahluk yg berakal sehat harus menilai ruang lingkup kenyamanan bersama bila mana ada teguran mungkin
contohnya ngajak teman ke dalam kost ya ada sopannya lah jgn sampai larut malam, apa lagi bukan pasangan sah dan kecurigaan lainnya yg akan mengganggu tetangga kost lain juga
