★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar bagus & terawat, kamar mandi dalam, isi: kasur meja kursi lemari baju, gantungan baju. Sirkulasi udara dari luar oke karna ada jendela & ventilasi. Ada tempat jemur di lantai 3. Dapur bersama, Kulkas, Dispenser, Parkir Motor dll. Untuk Wifi ada tambahan biaya bulanan.
- Tempat Makan dekat, Warung ada, atau bisa Gofood/Grabfood banyak pilihan. Jalan/Motoran ke depan dikit (Rasamala Raya) banyak jajanan kalo sore, ada Indomaret & Alfamart. ATM Center.
- Laundryan banyak pilihan.
Intinya bagi saya ini kost udah strategis bgt lokasinya, hampir semua kebutuhan ada & dekat.
Nice & well-maintained rooms, private bathroom, contents: mattresses, tables, chairs, wardrobes, clothes hangers. Air circulation from outside is okay because there are windows & vents. There is a drying area on the 3rd floor. Shared kitchen, refrigerator, dispenser, motorbike parking etc. For Wifi there is an additional monthly fee.
- Places to eat nearby, there are stalls, or many choices of Gofood / Grabfood can be. Road / Motoran in the future (Rasamala Raya) lots of snacks in the afternoon, there are Indomaret & Alfamart. ATM Center.
- Many choices of laundry.
The point is for me, this boarding house is already in a very strategic location, almost all needs are there & close.
