Ibu saya punya pengalaman dibengkel ini, singkat cerita mobil toyota yaris kami mengalami kerusakan karena pada saat kondisi kendaraan diam (dlm kemacetan) freon AC tidak berfungsi, lalu dibawa lah ke bengkel yang awalnya dianggap ahli AC mobil ini, lalu hari pertama kesana bosnya ternyata tidak ada krna lg pulang kampung, alhasil anak buah (montir) nya melakukan pengecekan dengan hasil diagnosa ganti oli kompresor, vacum, & ganti freon, ok kita turutin krna dianggap ahli dalam dunia AC mobil, setelah semua sudah diimplement ternyata blm ada perubahan, kembali lagi lah ke bengkel ini dihari kedua awalnya berfikir positif krna ada kehadiran bos nya (sudah balik dr kampung), dengan harapan bisa diagnosa kerusakan yg lebih akurat dan beres, akhirnya proses bongkar pun dilakukan sampai pada akhirnya tiba2 lampu indikator (check engine, p/s, abs) menyala yg mana sblmnya kerusakan hanya pada masalah AC nya selain itu semua NORMAL tidak ada masalah, yg mengakibatkan power steering tidak berfungsi, power window error, ditambah bisa2 nya slh satu montir bilang ke-erroran electric masalah baru ini udh rusak dr sebelumnya. Alhasil mobil disuruh dibawa pulang saja, kami terima dan kami akan cari bengkel lain yg jauh lebih profesional dan benar2 memahami soal kerusakan mobil.
Kesimpulan pertama sangat tidak profesional, kedua tidak ada tanggung jawabnya, ketiga kami tidak akan pernah kembali ke bengkel ini, keempat semoga berkah saja untuk bisnis nya, sekian dan terima kasih
Very disappointing!
My mother has experience in this workshop, long story short our Toyota Yaris car was damaged because when the vehicle was stationary (in traffic jam) the AC freon didn't work, then we took it to a repair shop that was initially considered an expert on AC cars, then the first day there, the boss didn't. there is because I returned home, as a result, the crew (mechanics) checked with the results of the diagnosis, changing compressor oil, vacuum, & changing freon, ok we will follow because they are considered experts in the world of car air conditioning, after everything has been implemented it turns out that there is no change, come back again I went to this workshop on the second day, initially I thought positively because there was the presence of the boss (already back from the village), in the hope of a more accurate and correct diagnosis of the damage, finally the unloading process was carried out until finally the indicator light came on (check engine, p/s , abs) lights up which before the damage was only the AC problem apart from that everything was normal, no problems, which resulted in the power steering not working ngsi, power window error, plus maybe one mechanic said an electric error, this new problem has been damaged since before. As a result, the car was told to just take it home, we accepted it and we will look for another repair shop that is much more professional and really understands about car damage.
The first conclusion is very unprofessional, secondly there is no responsibility, thirdly we will never return to this workshop, fourth, good luck for the business, that's all and thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maksudnya mau benerin AC mobil yg kurang dingin ke tempat ini, alhasil masalah AC ga beres malah tambah parah karena merembet ke masalah kelistrikan, sudah mengecewakan + masalah mobil saya malah ditambahin juga, luar biasa double kecewa saya, semoga next time ga ada yg merasakan hal serupa
I mean, I want to fix the car's AC which isn't cold enough to go to this place, as a result the AC problem isn't working right, it's even worse because it spreads to electrical problems, it's disappointing + my car problem has been added too, amazingly double disappointed, I hope next time no one will feel this way similar
