★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas nya tolong di perhatikan seperti ac dan hexoz seharus nya rutin di cek servis nya kurang yang lain nya masih oke cuma ac nya doang sering macet2 an msih kenceng an agin manual dri pda ac nya gk dingin.

tidak aman dan tidak bertanggung jawab. hanya mementingkan uang.
saya kehilangan barang dan sangat unik cara ngambilnya itu pencuri kronologi : sandal eiger saya taruh sementara diatas loker samping helm, kemudian sy naik ke lantai 4 ambil galon kemudian turun sampe dibawah sandal eiger saya hilang.. akhirnya sy keluar beli air naik motor tanpa sandal.. eh pas balik ke kosan helm saya malah ikutan hilang.. saya heran banget hilang secara beruntung dlm waktu 3 menit..
dan herannya lagi pasang cctv giliran kt mau lihat cctv suruh bayar dulu.. koplak ini..
pelayanann koplak dan mata duitan..
bayar listrik 1bulan 200rb.
ob nya songong tdk ramah.. ada bagian maintenance yg biasa 2 orang anak muda mukanya sedikit kriminal.. itu wajib diwaspadai.. krn hilang barang sy cuman ada 2 orang itu sy papasan.
dan ada staf anak muda cowo tinggi kurang lebih 165cm sy tanya atas kehilangan barang saya tdk ada tanggung jawab padahal ketika hilangnya barang masih anget dy ada disitu.
dan saya tanya ke beberapa orang yg kost disini juga sama sering kehilangan barang.
sebelum kost di valencia sebaiknya dipikir dahulu.
sy curiga ada permainan antara pengurus dan teman2nya..
juga di kosan valencia bayak peraturan dimana peraturan hanya untuk menguntungkan pemilik kost nya.. hati2 banyak jebakan.. ini kosan gotol banget masalah denda.. dikit2 denda.. tp masalah barang ilang tdk tanggung jawab.. sy kost disini padahal tdk buang sampah depan pintu,eh tiba2 dikasih surat denda 500rb. jg hati2 bayak biaya tersembunyi.. iya bilangnya 675rb.. eh pas ditotal setelah 1 minggu kost ada biaya tambahan totalnya 1juta lebih dikit.. setelah saya komplain.. eh saya malah gk boleh meneruskan kost disini lagi.. setelah sy pikir2 ini kost hanya mencari orang yg bodoh agar gampang di kibulin.. hati2 aja dah.. nanti baru masuk udh bayar lunas tiba2 kena denda suruh keluar dan barang di kamar ada yg ilang juga krn yg pegang kamar bukan cuman km aja tp cleaning service yg nakal itu jg pegang kunci.
hati2 ada salah satu pengurus yang nakal, tukang sikat habis barang yg tergeletak.. jika anda kehilangan barang patut curiga sama keranjang2 yg ada di sepedah.. itu keranjang-keranjang besar yang di sepedah adalah tukang embat barang orang lain.. klo gk percaya coba cek keranjang2 itu pasti ada barang2 bekas milik orang lain.. sy pernah pergokin sandal orang lain mentang2 naro diluar loker langsung di angkut taro keranjang..
pokonya sy kapok kost disitu, pengurus dan pihak kantornya kerja sama gmana caranya agar dapat uang tambahan.. kacau!!!
