★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a normal hotel, but stand on a good location, easy to find the building. Stand on the third floor of Seasons City Mall, don’t need to worry about the parking area. Receptionists are nice, the breakfast is just average. And the room, honestly, it was clean, but it quite old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels owned by the Santika Group, The front staff are Mr. Anto & Mr. Abdul very helpful and friendly, I stayed in room 3010, the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to stay if you are in West Jakarta. Thank you Amaris Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 3rd time here ( at least 4 nights per stay ) and it is sad to lament that the state of maintenance is steeply declining. First of all, the air con wasn't cold and leaking, thus I changed to another and it was just similar. The room was smelly and I find small cockroaches crawling in the toilet as well as in the room. In addition, the tap was also leaking with no sink stopper. With regards to the staffs, they are both helpful and friendly. This is especially Mr. Opan whom has rendered excellent services.

+ comfortable room and room facilities is good enough
- Several room's ac isn't cold, experienced it 2 times.
- Breakfast plate is dusty, you need to wet wipe it before use
- something wrong with receptionist's procedure which require people who alr did registration before 2pm to queue again to get room key. This became problematic when hotel got many guests checkin.
They also didnt prioritize guests with baby which alr wait for several hours only for checkin.
I recommend to book room only without breakfast. You can get breakfast on P6 or p6A or in mal after 10am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended you come here. The staffs were very friendly tho. Dining: Spacious dining area but very much canteen like dining ambience ushering you to eat hastily. Bottles mineral water and toiletries were provided as a complimentary. Wifi is ok speed eventho it kept cutting off. The room was just as impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i stayed here at 31 december 2020, it's new year eve but i got cheap price, it's only Rp 564.000 for 2 rooms (include breakfast). i got room 3101 and 3103. they don't have connecting rooms but it's okay. for the room, it's good, but unfortunately i got a neighbor-room view from my windows. so sad because my expectation is i can see city view, or just new year celebration, but ya i didn't get that. the hotel is so big, you can see at my timelapse video, i have to through long hall to the receptionist. for breakfast, ya it's so so, just fried rice, fried noodle, chicken, vegetables and fermented soybean cake. what i confused about, the taste of tea is so weird. not an original tea, but not a vanilla tea. oh my brother ask for sweet ice tea, but the staff gave him hot sweet tea. but ya, it's worth the price i think
