Pas masuk emang harga normal ga dijelasin kalo ntr ad tambahan lagi, udh tinggal seminggu datang deh tagihan diluar harga normal.

- Air melimpah dan bersih
- Kamar mandi dibersihkan setiap hari, cuma mmg bbrp penghuni JOROK yang buang puntung rokok dan sampo di kamar mandi, pdhal udh disediain tmpat sampah.
- Listrik sesuai pemakaian (karna token)
- Tidak pernah mengalami kehilangan apapun selama sebulan kurang tinggal disitu
MINUS nya nih,,
- Wajib bayar UANG SPREI diawal masuk seharga 75.000, yang menurut gw harga spreinya GAK SEBANDING DENGAN KUALITASNYA, well, akhirnya pun gw double dengan sarung n sprei gw sendiri. Spreinya jadi Hak Milik penghuni dan boleh dibawa
- DINDING SEKAT HANYA TRIPLEK, jadi kl tetangga kamar sebelah ngomong atau mendesah keenakan, ya kedengeran smp kamar kita,, BAU ROKOK dari kamar sebelah aja tembus ke kamar gw
- LANTAI 2 NYA DARI PAPAN TEBAL DIKASIH PLASTIK, no problem jg lah SESUAI HARGA MURAHNYA
- LORONG SEMPIT, KAMAR HANYA SEUKURAN TEMPAT TIDUR DAN LEMARI, NO PROBLEM CUMA BUAT ISTIRAHAT SENDIRI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tagihan listrik sebulan bisa 450rb, listrik nya meteran bukan token, ga masuk akal kos disini. Udah gitu, tiap bulan ada mas2 yang bersihin kamar waktu nya random, ganggu banget. Emangnya penghuni kos gabisa bersihin kamar sendiri?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah kost tujuh bulan di sini, fasilitas lengkap karena dengan harga 675ribu sampai 725ribu sudah dapat AC, WIFI, ranjang springbed, lemari dua pintu yang besar, exhaustfan, locker sepatu dan locker pakaian. Disediakan juga tempat cuci pakaian dan jemuran bagi yang mau cuci sendiri. Parkir motor pertama gratis, kecuali bawa dua motor maka motor keduanya kena 75ribu per bulan. Bersih dan nyaman, karena peraturannya jelas untuk menjaga kenyamanan penghuni kost agar tidak saling ganggu. Tapi untuk yang suka mabok, judi, narkoba, membuat keributan pasti akan didenda 500ribu agar kapok atau jika tidak kapok ya agar keluar tidak tinggal di sini lagi. Jika sudah diusir karena perilakunya yang buruk tadi ya pasti kasih komen negatif, biasalah namanya juga manusia. Mengenai listrik pakai token dan air gratis tapi airnya bening banget jadi untuk sikat gigi juga bersih.
