Kamar bagus dan bersih, dengan range harga sangat variatif.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sampe jam 1 malam masi banyak yg nongkrong triak" ketawa" seperti tidak memperdulikan penghuni lain nya di balkon jdi mengganggu istirahat kami sebgai penghuni yg brada di satu lantai yg sama . Dan tidak ada petugas kost yg menegur aktivitas tsbt ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keren, nyaman, menu2 nya menggiurkan,cocok buat kantong anak kost, owner nya terlihat sederhana dan sangat ramah, recommended banget buat yg nyari kost sekitar nya, akses kemana-mana mudah,bisa tembus ptb angke, latumenten, daan mogot dll, parkiran luas, masukin gajah entah muat brp ekor, kost paling TOP dah ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kost paling bagus dan nyaman selama saya kost...Parkiran motor yg luas,lorong2 kamar tidak terlalu sempit untuk dilewati,jemuran yg luas,kamar mandi dan air yg bersih,sirkulasi udara yg bagus anti pengap dan lembab di kamar,Pengawas kost nya ci alang cepat menanggapi kalau ada keluhan,dan fasilitas kantin yg luas dan bersih...Tapi sayang beberapa waktu lalu kantin terlalu berisik dengan suara orang yg mengobrol sampai tengah malam,menggangu sekali,,,lalu ada penghuni kost yg suka cari masalah dengan penghuni lain,,,,dan penjual di kantin yg seperti cuek dengan pembeli,makanya walaupun ada kantin,saya lebih suka jajan atau beli makan diluar kost dengan cara pelayanan seperti itu.

But unfortunately some time ago the canteen was too noisy with the voices of people chatting until midnight, very disturbing... then there were boarding house residents who like to find trouble with residents another,,,, and the seller in the canteen who seems indifferent to the buyer, so even though there is a canteen, I prefer to eat snacks or buy food outside the boarding house with this kind of service.

untuk penghuni yang berisik main gitar sudah di koordinasi ke ci alang dan besoknya sudah tidak berisik lagi, pemilik kosan responsif.
