★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama pada waktu datang disini sangat menipu.
Pada lantai satu dan lantai 2 adalah tempat wanita dan lantai 3 hingga 5 adalah tempat pria. Saya deal dengan Ibu Kost bahwa pada 2 minggu pertama di bulan pertama saya dapat tinggal di lantai satu(hal ini dikarenakan kamar yang saya pilih adalah kamar yang cukup ok di antara kamar-kamar lain), kemudian 2 minggu berikutnya saya dapat pindah ke lantai 3. Namun ketika saya masuk hari pertama, saya dipaksa untuk tinggal di lantai 5, yang menurut saya sangat JAUH dari EKSPETASI saya.
Kondisi kamar lantai 5 yang saya tempati: (dimulai dari koridor) pada saat naik ke lantai 5, semerbak bau bangkai dan jamur sudah tercium, bau kamar sangat APEK, sangat Lembab sampai berbau jamur, kamar mandi kotor, banyak karat, banyak tikus di koridor dan pada langit-langit kamar.
Dalam waktu dua minggu saya tidur disini sangat menyiksa sekali, seperti berada di tempat kumuh. dan masih banyak lagi pengalaman yang sangat menyiksa. Karena terlalu bau, maka saya pun harus memakai masker di dalam kamar kost.
Harga kost tiap bulan, Rp 1.600.000,- NOT SO VERY WOTH IT. Deposit juga wajib bayar satu bulan kost. Peraturan kost disini banyak banget. Wajib kost selama 6 bulan (HELL, bayangkan saja penderitaan anak-anak kost disini), DEPOSIT pengembalian nya juga sangat lama untuk dibalikan, padahal di peraturan kost apabila kita membayar uang kost telat maka kami wajib membayar denda. HERAN banget sama Ibu kost nya.
Saran saya bagi semua orang yang mau kost disini, WAJIB dipikir seribu kali SEBELUM ANDA MENYESAL.

The condition of the 5th floor room that I stayed in: (starting from the corridor) when I went up to the 5th floor, the smell of carcasses and molds had smelled, the room smell was very APEK, very humid to smell of mold, the bathroom was dirty, lots of rust, many rats in the corridor and on the ceiling of the room.
Within two weeks I slept here very excruciating, like being in a slum. and many more painful experiences. Because it was too smelly, so I had to wear a mask in the boarding room.
Monthly boarding price, Rp 1,600,000, - NOT SO VERY WOTH IT. Deposit is also required to pay one month boarding. Boarding rules here are really many. Mandatory boarding for 6 months (HELL, just imagine the suffering of the boarding children here), DEPOSIT return is also very long to be reversed, even though in the boarding regulations if we pay boarding fees late then we must pay a fine. HERAN really with my boarding house.
My advice for all those who want to board here, MUST be thought of a thousand times BEFORE YOU REGRET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dibawah management lama, kos terawat dan pengurus kos responsif. Setelah pindah tangan management, kos tidak terurus, koridor bau, dan servis laundry sangat lama.
Kebocoran dan komplain juga ditanggapi sangat lama, bahkan sampai atap kamar saya jebol, dan sudah kejadian dua kali. AC panas, sudah saya minta ganti tapi hanya di servis, dan tetap tidak benar, dan juga tidak diganti.
Air kamar mandi kotor, dan jika ditadahi kapas, maka kapasnya akan ada deposit kerak hitam pada kapas, tidak bisa digunakan untuk mandi, karena setelah mandi, maka badan akan bau got. Masalah tikus juga sudah tidak terkendali. Setiap malam sering sekali mendengar suara tikus berlarian di atap platform gipsum.
Tempat meletakkan laundry juga sudah lapuk kabinetnya, dan jadi sarang tikus, karena terdapat jalur pipa dan listrik yang terkespose dan terbuka sehingga menjadi jalur lalu lalang tikus yang terlihat dari banyaknya kotoran tikus di sekitar tempat tersebut.
Koridor lantai satu juga jika melewati kamar tertentu akan tercium bau lembab tidak enak yang saya tidak tahu alasannya kenapa. Dispenser air gratis yang diberikan juga sering rusak, tapi tidak apa-apa karena gratis.
Kebijakan larangan merokok juga tidak ditegakkan, karena kamar terletak di koridor tertutup, sehingga tidak ada udara yang mengalir untuk membawa asap pergi, sehingga seringkali asap rokok tetangga yang merokok sering terbawa exhaust dari toilet ke kamar mandi kita. Meskipun sudah disediakan balkon untuk merokok, tetap tidak digunakan. Untuk tetangga yang vaping, bukan masalah karena uap vape akan langsung hilang dalam sekejap, dan tidak meninggalkan tar dan asap yang bau. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan bagi penderita masalah pernapasan untuk tinggal disini karena kombinasi hygiene, tikus, dan tetangga tanpa tenggang rasa.
Hal positif yang saya berikan adalah kepada security dan internet. Security sangat ramah dan responsif terhadap paket yang dititipkan. Juga tidak mempermasalahkan masalah parkir, karena akan diurus oleh mereka. Security juga sering menjadi tukang service pengganti kalau tukang service aslinya hilang karena liburan yang sering terjadi juga. Kalau ini adalah review tentang security, maka saya akan memberikan bintang lima dengan senang hati. Namun review ini adalah review yang bersangkutan dengan kondisi hidup kos. Maka dari itu karena kompetensi security, maka saya beri bintang satu.
Internet sangat cepat dan responsive, dan admin pengurus internet selalu dapat dihubungi 24/7, dan ramah menanggapi keluhan dan cepat memberi update tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi. Untuk itu saya beri bintang satu lagi.

The place to put the laundry has also been decayed by the cabinet, and it becomes a nest of rats, because there are pipes and electricity lines that are exposed and open so that it becomes a rat traffic lane that can be seen from the large amount of rat droppings around the place.
The corridor on the first floor also if it passes through a certain room, there will be an unpleasant smell of damp which I don't know the reason why. The free water dispenser provided is also often broken, but it's okay because it's free.
The smoking ban policy is also not enforced, because the rooms are located in a closed corridor, so there is no air flowing to carry smoke away, so often the cigarette smoke from neighbors who smoke is often carried away from the toilet to our bathroom. Although a balcony has been provided for smoking, it is still not used. For neighbors who are vaping, it is not a problem because vape vapors will disappear instantly, and leave no smelling tar and smoke. It is not recommended for people with respiratory problems to stay here because of a combination of hygiene, rats and neighbors without tolerance.
The positive thing I give is to security and the internet. Security is very friendly and responsive to the packages that are deposited. Also it doesn't matter about the parking problem, because it will be taken care of by them. Security also often becomes a repair service repairman if the original repairman is lost due to frequent holidays. If this is a review of security, then I will give five stars happily. However, this review is a review related to the conditions of boarding life. Therefore, because of security competencies, I give one star.
