Aksesnya juga mudah.
The place is comfortable and safe, strategic location, close to the Binus campus.
Access is also easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostan nyaman aman dan harganya sangat2 terjangkau, penjaga & pengurusnya orangnya Asyik.. jadi makin betah aja kost disini... :)
Boarding is comfortably safe and the price is very affordable, the guards & caretakers are fun ... so it's even more comfortable staying here ... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T4 Strategis, .. harga lumayan murah tapi sesuai hargalah.. cuma beberapa bln aja dimari.. Air Keluar kecil, banyak yg bawa kucing dan bau kotoran kucing
T4 Strategic, .. the price is pretty cheap but according to the price .. just a few months ago .. Water comes out small, many bring cats and the smell of cat feces

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga lumayan murah, have price have quality.. air bau, dan nyala kecil banget.. ada dapur dilantai 2 ( but must pay for 10K /month), free laundry for 2 clothes a day, but if you want to laund a jacket/Sprei must pay 10K per each..so ridiculus.. so many Rats at 2nd floor and smell cats....
