★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is huge... I means, massive! There are five floor here and a big space for parking. There seems to be a guard outside so the place must be a little bit more secure than the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest room in the price range, building is clean enough, you can bring pets as long as its not noisy or smelly, have a canteen but really take time to deliver it to your room (usually around 49-60mins), parking lot kinda messy, literally side by side with syahdan campus, easy to access and near to almost everything you need, one of the best place if you compare with the price, downside is the electricity uisng voucher system but you get 200K IDR per month from the owner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it was pretty good, the rooms are a little small for what im used to. But fairly large compared to the local area.
Only downsides i had really was the rent was fairly high, despite having a real toliet and having a hot water heater. There are 0 places to cook and the internet is garbage. Every few weeks it will be down for multiple days. Owner refuses to let you use anything but their slow, unreliable internet connection.
