★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 5 blocks here: A-E. I stayed for some time at C. Each room in C had its own bathroom inside. I enjoyed my stay at a room in the corner. It’s quite small and only had one window at the bathroom.
Facilities: AC in every room, shared water dispenser, a shared kitchen on the top floor, a shared refrigerator, free laundry.
Cons: sometimes your laundered clothes might get mixed up and not returned to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a residence for two months, it’s a very strategic lodging for Binus student or employee working around West Jakarta area like Puri, Tj. Duren or Greenville.
There’s hot water, free wifi (LAN) and motorbike parking provided, however you have to pay extra for car parking.
There are 4 towers A, B, C, D with different price points. I stayed on tower A that offer price package with electricity bill included, but exclude laundry (you can call the nearby laundry service for pick-up), and also private bathroom.
Each tower have about 6 floors of apartments with same pricing. There’s also public kitchen, laundry hanger spot and open dining area on the highest floor.
During my short stay I moved between 2 apartments. The 1st one is quite small and there’s water leakage problem. The 2nd one is more spacious but the air conditioning is also leaking. But the owner and the caretaker are very helpful and pleasant to help with any issue.
There’s water station on ground level that’s being refilled daily.
Overall I think it’s worth the price (except car parking fee, it’s ridiculous). For the student and employee price, it’s a very convenient place with various delicious food options nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed thrice, a month long each. It was comfortable, accessability was good, wifi was free and good, 24-hrs security, wide parking area for comunee. It was seven stories building but no elevator, so it was quite considering if you were renting on upper floors.
