Kosan nya over all ok. Cuma yg kelola itu homia properti management buat kosan ini.
1. 29 Januari 2019 pas saya masuk ga di info kalau kost di hitung per tgl 1. Kebetulan tgl 29 lagi sempet libur and pindahan tau nya di kenakan biaya tgl 29,30,31 di hitung harian ? padahal gue ga di info dari awal tbtb nagih.
2. Ga di info kalo ada tmn nginep bayar karena di bantuin tmn pindahan malem itu tmn nginep ? rumah nya jauh di tanggerang and di hitung bayar juga.
Jadi aturan di kost ini kalo nginep bayar.
3. admin homia nya parah di chat slow respon bngt.
4. Wah emba yg jaga kacau si bener-bener buat ga nyaman. Sok jutek kalah yg punya kost. Sampe sampe liat muka nya ga betah. Belakang membaik karena awal nya suka kasih tips kalo minta bersihin kamar ( padahal emang bagian dari fasilitas )
Terakhir ada kejadian minjem cash mba nya 50k besok nya balikin gara2 kehabisan cash. Trus pas balikin 100k emang niat lebihin buat mba nya terus pas di kasih pintu di buka dikit trus tutup lagi ? tanpa ngomong apa2. Kayak ga sekolah. Sempet ada mba yg gantiin mba cadangan 2 bulan eh malah lebih nice mba nya.

1. January 29, 2019 when I entered was not informed if the boarding was calculated per date 1. It just so happened that on the 29th day I had a holiday and the transfer was charged at 29,30,31 on a daily basis ? even though I was not informed from the beginning of the date collect.
2. Not on the info if there is a place to stay paid because it was helped by the night move, where to stay jauh the house is far away from the South Tangerang and calculated too.
So the rules in this boarding house if you want to pay.
3. The homia admin is bad in slow chat responses.
4. Wow, what is keeping the chaos really uncomfortable? Sok Jutek losers who have boarding. Until I see the face is not comfortable. Rear improved because of the early love of tips if I asked to clean the room (even though it's part of the facility)
Lastly, there was an incident about 50k cash withdrawal tomorrow I returned because of running out of cash. Then, when I return 100k, I intend to do it more quickly, when the door is opened, then close it again ? without saying anything. Like not going to school. There was a lot of mba who replaced mba in reserve for 2 months, uh, even more nice, mba.
