The place is quite luxurious but if it gets lt.3 or 4, it is pretty noisy, up the stairs ..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos nyaman untuk pekerja.. Tersedia banyak kamar. Bersih. Ada wifinya jg. Sayangnya untuk tingkat yg atas lumayan klo mao naik.. Lumayan bikin kaki pegal.
The cost is comfortable for workers. Many rooms are available. Clean. There is also wifi. Unfortunately for the upper level, it's pretty good if you want to go up.. Not bad for making your feet sore.

1. Harga SANGAT MURAH untuk ukuran Jakarta.
2. WiFi kencang n AC dingin. AC dibersihkan stiap lantai sebulan sekali
3. Koridor tiap lantai dibersihkan setiap hari.
4. Pemilik kos responsif tiap kali ada masalah n kooperatif tiap kali dimintai bantuan oleh penghuni kos
Kekurangan:
1. Parkiran motor sangat sempit dibandingkan jumlah motor. Saya selalu kewalahan pas mau keluarin motor. Belom lagi kalo ada yg rese motornya dikunci stang.
2. WC kurang bersih. Saya terkadang nemu puntung rokok sampai bekas buang air kecil belum disiram.
3. Tembok kamar terbuat dari gipsum tipis. Jadi bakalan tersiksa kalo dapet kamar yg tetangga sebelahnya berisik. Saya punya pengalaman dapet tetangga yg berisik setiap kali main game, padahal udah saya tegur berkali kali n sialnya tuh orang main game pas malem jam2 orang mau istirahat.
Advantages :
1. VERY CHEAP Prices for Jakarta sizes.
2. Fast WiFi n cold AC. The air conditioner is cleaned every floor once a month
3. Corridors for each floor are cleaned every day.
4. Responsive homeowners whenever there is a cooperative problem every time they are asked for help by boarding houses
Deficiency:
1. Motorized parking is very narrow compared to the number of motors. I am always overwhelmed when I want to get out of the motorbike. Turn back if someone has a handlebar locked.
2. The toilet is not clean. I sometimes find cigarette butts until the former urination has not been watered.
3. The walls of the room are made of thin gypsum. So it's going to be tormented if you get a room next door that is noisy. I have the experience of getting noisy neighbors every time I play a game, even though I've scolded many times, unfortunately, people play games when it's lazy when people want to rest.
