★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus bgt kliniknya menurut saya, menggunakan BPJS mudah jg, tidak dipersulit, mulai dari security s.d Dokter super duper ramah, semoga pelayanannya bagus terus, aamiin
untuk yang baru pertamakali mau berobat disini bisa pake BPJS
minta surat rujukan k faskes 1, setelah dapat surat rujukan daftar atau booking lewat website, nanti langsung bisa dpt nomor antrian, dokterny dan hari kapan kita bisa k JECny, setelah itu bisa berobat mata deh
 The clinic is really good, in my opinion, using BPJS is easy too, not complicated, starting from security to super duper friendly doctors, I hope the service is good, amen
For those who want to be treated here for the first time, you can use BPJS
ask for a referral letter to health facility 1, after getting a referral letter for registering or booking via the website, you can immediately get the queue number, the doctor and the day when we can go to JECny, after that you can get eye treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Periksa nya 5 menit ttp antri bayar sama ambil obat bisa 3 jam, datang jam 8 jam 12 belum selesai ,klo anda darah tinggi sebaiknya jgn periksa di sini.
Check it for 5 minutes, but queuing to pay and take medicine can take 3 hours, come at 8 hours 12 it's not finished yet, if you have high blood pressure, don't check here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kali pertama saya ke Klinik Mata JEC. Saat masuk gedung, kita langsung cek suhu tubuh dengan alat yang sudah disediakan. Langsung pilih di komputer, pasien mandiri atau BPJS.. Langsung ke area pendaftaran.. karena kondis saat ini masih pandemi, jadi pendaftaran bisa dilakukan secara online baik telp, atau WhatsApp.. Petugas nya ramah, alatnya terbilang lengkap, dokternya sigap.. menjelaskan ke pasien nya juga enak. apotek juga tersedia. Fasilitas parkir ada di basemen, area parkir gak terlalu luas ya, tapi cukup lah untuk parkir 6 mobil.
My first time to JEC Eye Clinic. When we enter the building, we immediately check body temperature with the tools provided. Choose directly on the computer, independent patient or BPJS.. Go to the registration area.. because the current condition is still a pandemic, so registration can be done online either by phone, or WhatsApp.. The staff is friendly, the tools are complete, the doctor is quick... explained to the patient is also good. pharmacy is also available. Parking facilities are in the basement, the parking area is not too wide, but it's enough to park 6 cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasien banyak.. tp utk counter pharmacy dan kasir hanya ada masing2 1 org. Jd utk antri pharmacy dan kasir bisa nunggu hitungan jam padahal utk obat hanya tetes mata yg bukan memerlukan waktu yg lama.
There are a lot of patients.. but for the pharmacy counter and cashier there is only 1 person each. So for pharmacy queues and cashiers, you can wait a matter of hours even though for medicine it's only eye drops which don't take a long time.

2. Etika dokter yang kami temui pun juga sangat buruk. Kami datang kesana bertujuan agar tercerahkan, dan mendapat solusi atas penyakit mata yang dialami anak kami. Dokter YBS malah menyalahkan karena membawa anak kami yang sedang demam, dan YBS berbicara dengan intonasi nada bicara yang tinggi.
Mohon dibina dokternya untuk lebih memiliki empati dan meningkatkan kemampuan mendengar, terutama mendengar pasien.
Dokter yang kami temui di tanggal 26 Januari 2022 sekitar pukul 3 sore berinisial AR.

1. Internet connection in this building is bad.
2. The ethics of the doctors we met were also very bad. We came here to be enlightened, and to get a solution for our child's eye disease. The YBS doctor even blamed for bringing our child who had a fever, and YBS spoke with a high intonation.
Please foster the doctor to have more empathy and improve listening skills, especially listening to patients.
The doctor we met on January 26, 2022 at around 3 pm with the initials AR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gue dateng kesini jam 09.00 buat periksa mata minus, parkiran depan udah penuh dan kebagian parkir belakang gedung, itupun cuma sisa 3 slot.
Jadi buat yg bawa mobil agak terbatas slot parkirnya.
Untuk pelayanan, dokternya ramah, staff nya friendly & helpfull.
Disini bisa pake asuransi, gue pake asuransi FWD buat periksa disini.
Overall, keren lah pelayanannya, cuma terbatas di parkir mobilnya aja, jadi saran sih mendingan naik motor kalo kesini pas weekend.
I came here at 09.00 to check my minus eyes, the front parking lot was full and I got parking behind the building, and even then there were only 3 slots left.
So for those who bring a car, the parking slot is rather limited.
For service, the doctor is friendly, the staff is friendly & helpful.
Here you can use insurance, I use FWD insurance to check here.
Overall, the service is cool, it's only limited to parking the car, so it's better to take a motorbike if you come here on the weekend.
