Saya menggunakan jasa di AMC untuk rawat inap, anak usia 14 bulan, masuk pukul 23.00
Pelayanan:
- Ada resepsionis yang jaga 24 jam, karena masuk.malam, jadi tidak ada antrian, langsung masuk periksa dokter di igd
- Perawat malam itu, kebetulan dapat yang pria, jadi dan malam, jadi komunikasinya ga seramah perawat wanita (hari ke-2)
- Perawat hari kedua wanita, lebih ramah, dan di berutahu cara memberhentikan infus, agar darah tidak naik (extra miles yang baik)
- Namun sayang, di hari kedua ini, nadi untuk infus susah ketemu jadi harus terima injeksi beberapa kali
- kalo malam, perawat jaga di igd, jarak agak jauh dari kamar
- ada wifi (daya sinyal cukup kuat di malam hari,
- ada air panas untuk rebus makanan, atau menyeduh di dispenser di bagian lorong
- dokter spesialis untuk visit, datang sehari sekali, jadi kalo menunggu hasil lab, perlu tunggu besoknya untuk tau/konsultasi hasil lab ke dokter
- admin person yang helpful
Ruangan:
- Untuk 1 pasien, di temani 2 anggota keluarga (total 3), sudah cukup baik,
- ac cukup dingin, namun tidak stabil, kadang dingin kadang tidak,
- kamar mandi di dalam, air westafel mati, tidak bisa pakay shower, air di tampung di bak, menggunakan gayung, debit/kederasan air kecil, jadi harus di tamlung cukup lama sebelum di pakai, tidak ada air panas untuk mandi
- pintu tidak bisa di kunci
- di pintu ada celah (jadi harus di jaga, jika ada ibu menyusui)
- tirai kasur pasien, tidak bisa di tutup full, karena beda arah jalur rel tirai
Harga:
2 hari 1 malam + obat + lab + biaya visit dokter specialis anak 2,368, 350
Fasilitas:

I use the services at AMC for hospitalization, child aged 14 months, check in at 23.00
Service:
- There is a receptionist who is on duty 24 hours, because you come in at night, so there is no queue, go straight to the doctor to check on the emergency room
- The nurse that night, happened to be a male, so and night, so the communication wasn't as friendly as the female nurse (2nd day)
- The second day nurse is a woman, more friendly, and told how to stop the infusion, so the blood doesn't rise (extra miles are good)
- But unfortunately, on the second day, the pulse for the infusion is difficult to find, so I have to receive several injections
- at night, the nurse is on duty in the emergency room, a bit far from the room
- there is wifi (signal power is quite strong at night,
- there is hot water for boiling food, or brewing in the dispenser in the hallway
- a specialist doctor for a visit, comes once a day, so if you are waiting for the lab results, you need to wait the next day to know / consult the lab results to the doctor
- helpful admin person
Room:
- For 1 patient, accompanied by 2 family members (3 in total), it is quite good,
- AC is cold enough, but not stable, sometimes cold sometimes not,
- the bathroom is inside, the sink water is dead, can't use the shower, the water is accommodated in the tub, using a dipper, the water flow is small, so it has to be tamlung for quite a while before being used, there is no hot water for bathing
- the door can't be locked
- there is a gap in the door (so it must be guarded, if there is a breastfeeding mother)
- the patient bed curtain, cannot be fully closed, because the direction of the curtain rail is different
