β β β β β Patience is the key wether you are using your own money, private insurance or BPJS. follow the instruction that the officer ask you to do and completed all the documents needed. The staff is also helpfull. Trust the medic workers and you'll be fine.

If my doctor.have other place for meet on depok..I think, I don't come to HGA?

β β β β β The hospital services is not good, registering using phone is absolutely difficult, the queue is not clear (Since July 2018). However, the doctor is good. I think this hospital need improvement services especially to increase customer experience.

β β β β β Private hospital with good services, hospitality, Clinic for Child Growth & Development available. Small mosque available, although we must queued during visiting time. Canteens available, inside and out side the main building. Parking lot available. This the level C hospital in Depok City, so it's quiet crowd during BPJS services.
There's Osteoporosis Gym (from The Indonesian Healthy Bone Community Association) and Heart Healthy Gym every Saturday morning, free for everyone. Large enough space for gymnastics.

β β β β β Facility is good, service is good. But, this is how you charged a non insurance person? Total ripoff
I'm not a doctor but i think i've been on a other hospital and they charged me fair.
I mean seriously... i came to ears specialist on there just to clean some earwax without an irigation, literally just using something like a special tweezer for my ears to clean it and i was not even feeling clean in my ears and they charged me like i have some good irigation cleaning to my ears (165k rupiahs only for that job) and 175k for the doctor. And the best part is the doctor convince me there was nothing left in my ears, "as clean and healthy as it should be". Haha, ok...
Well it is what it is, maybe it's the right price for you people who work there.
But, just to let you know. That was the FIRST and the LAST time i came there.
Never going to your hospital again. Thank you

β β β β β The service are really good ? they really need to improve on pharmacy one because it takes 3-6hour to get the medicine also they really need to improve in online registration it took a long time for the nan to reply (1-4hour) the facility are ok huge car park easy to access too
