★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean hospital that provides wheelchair accessible entrance as well as elevator. Keeps on reforming itself towards better quality. The latest update is to have its registration area bigger and comfort. The same thing happened to the pharmacy n' cashier area. Even now they have opened a school attached to the building. Friendly doctors and staffs too

The doctors are really friendly, great service, equipped with great facilities, this hospital even have a bank inside.
This hospital has a convenience store, a small restaurant, a few food stalls. The service they provide are just overwhelmingly great.
I've only been here 3 times and I've already fallen in love with this beautiful and great hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Overall nice and well managed hospital, good doctors (SpB, Sp internist, Sp Anastesi, Sp USG) well experienced, Good treatment room.
Minus point, I am using private insurance takes hours to process furthermore the nurse in near doctor (SpB) room ground floor are not so polite and not nice when handling the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of coordination among nurses, bank blood, billing.. respect has to earned, it's not given. How can a respect can be earned if you provided a very lousy services. Sorry to say that your services are below standard, very poor. POOR SERVICES..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here visiting newborn baby, nice hospital with nice enviroment, there were several food stall, in front you will found fast food corner, 2 bread corner here, atm galery but lack of parking area..which is so bad..hope in the future there will an improvement of this..but over all ok lah..

Today we visited our colleague suffering from dengue fever. He is on 2 bed room. Situation is quite nice, and the nurse and staff is quite helpful ... May be it result of the patients that's not that much, so they can serve whole heatedly. Somehow our colleague has almost fully recovered , so we are all joking and chatting quite long time and it has passed visiting time. Security is very polite in kicking us out, so we felt not disturbed.
My conclusion as visitor : service is nice, again i am not the patient and hoping not to be one
