★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman yang sangat amat parah, nunggu giliran hampir sejam, ditanya kenapa lama jawabannya tidak profesional, pas udah tindakan (tes covid) dokternya malah ngajak debat pasien, gak banget ya dokternya yg pake jilbab dan agak kecil, bukannya nenangin pasien malah ngajak debat, nyolot, ada aja jawabannya, bnr2 jutek, pas dilihat review2 di google ternyata ada juga yg mungkin dpt dokter jutek yg pk jilbab juga, mungkin sama ya. Tolong diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya & tolong utk dokter yg jutek lebih ramah lagi & tidak ngajak debat pasien yg jatohnya malah jadi ngajak ribut WKWKWK.
Jujur baru pertama nemu dokter yg ngajak debat pasien, sekesel2nya sm pelayanan klinik/rs/tmpt berobat lainnya tp sll di tenangin sm dokter yg tdnya kita kesel malah jd adem krn dokternya nenangin. Lah kl disini? Ampun2 deh dokternya malah ngajak ribut pasien!!! Lebih bijak lagi dlm menangani berbagai macam pasien ya!!
 Very disappointed with a very, very bad experience, waiting for their turn for almost an hour, asked why the answer was not professional, after the action (covid test) the doctor even invited the patient to debate, not really the doctor who wears a headscarf and is a bit small, instead of comforting the patient, he invites debate, nagging, there are only answers, bnr2 jutek, when I looked at the reviews on google, it turns out that there are also those who might get a jutek doctor who wears the hijab too, maybe it's the same, huh. Please improve the service again & help doctors who are rude to be more friendly and don't invite debates from patients who fall, instead it invites noise WKWKWK.
Honestly, it's the first time I've found a doctor who invites patients to debate, he's disappointed with other clinics/rs/tmt treatment services, but after being calmed down by a doctor who was previously annoyed, he's calmer because the doctor is calming. Are you here? It's a shame the doctor even invited the patient to make a fuss!!! It's even wiser in dealing with various kinds of patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini aku dapet pelayanan yg sangat lama, mana badan ku lagi ngedrop bgt sampe lemes gakuat buat berdiri dan dibantu oleh security, tapi pelayanan data dan obat sangat2 lama, sebelumnya cepet tapi semakin ganti staff semakin lama proses nya. Terima kasih
Only this time I got a very long service, where my body was dropping so weak I couldn't stand up and was helped by security, but the data and medicine service was very long, before it was fast but the more staff changed the longer the process took. thank you

the service is long, it has been checked before but it takes too long to prepare the medicine, instead it takes a long time for new patients to come to register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dokter hari Kamis, 10 Feb 2022 sangat mengecewakan, pasien di dlm ambulan yg tidak bisa bangun harus masuk ke klinik, dokter TDK mau memeriksa di ambulan, padahal klinik tidak ada fasilitas jalan untuk strecher dan kursi roda, jalanan masuk klinik seperti tangga. Kalo pasien harus masuk klinik fasilitas juga harus tersedia jalanannya.
The doctor's service on Thursday, 10 Feb 2022 was very disappointing, the patient in the ambulance who couldn't get up had to go to the clinic, the TDK doctor wanted to check in the ambulance, even though the clinic had no walking facilities for stretchers and wheelchairs, the entrance to the clinic was like stairs. If the patient has to enter the clinic, the facility must also be provided with roads.
