★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception, CS and lab staffs were excellent, however the FEMALE general practise (dokter umum) was not so impressive and not good at all, she was not anthusias to help, didn't really explain the blood check result. What"s the point she incharged if she acted like that...? 4 out of 10!
please improve her service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered via android app for hematology test on Sunday Morning. They open at 7 until 12pm on Sunday. For Covid-19 rapid-test, the price is above average and result is one day after. Overall it was good and fast services. Very helpful.
