★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinical lab promoted as drive through lab, but its also served people who came for PCR, antigen, and abtibody test that lead to a long vehicle line waiting for their turn to be tested. It would be better to devide or separate the client line and test outlets because the direct test had dominated the service compare to the drive through although the clients had registered online. The results would send through WA apps by phone. This method also challenge the oeople who had not wireless printer at home because the ticket check in counter demanded printed test result for providing the boarding pass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test result way too long for rapid check, don't count on to these people. Totally disappointed with the service. And you can't even call anyone of these people to speed things up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even when you already paid thru Halodoc, you still have to come to the place to register etc & get a queue number. But I'd say, it's faster to walk in rather than the drive-thru. The queue was crazy! Got the result the next morning ( i came at 5pm)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. I am waiting more than 10 minutes in sitting area between drive-through cars. The exhaust smokes are dangerous. They should separate the room for walk-through and drive-through clients. Unhealthy and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registered for a H+1 drive-through test via halodoc. Reschedule was easy. But on D-day, the queue was just too long so I decided to take walk-in test. Took another registration via website. Withing 5 minutes, all done. The result came on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for the first time to try their antigen test. My recommended me this place because of their speedy process. I went to their website and signed up, then came to the booth. It was faster for me because I filled in the form before visiting. The staff were friendly, and the process was quick. They sent me the result in less than 30 minutes. Super fast! Overall happy with the process. The only thing was, the map pointed to the wrong location. I edited it on Google maps and I hope it'll get approved soon.
