★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bagian pendaftaran nya sangat amat tidak menyenangkan dan bicara nya tidak enak di dengar padahal orgtua tapi kok melayani masyarakat seperti itu, sungguh tdk pantas, jgn mentang2 sudah di gaji sama negara jadi semena mena, gaji anda itu juga hasil dari kami harusnya anda sadar akan pentingnya pelayanan yg ramah untuk masyarakat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau dilihat dari review yang lain sih bagus2 ya. Yang pasti admin nya memang baik sangat ramah.. Mungkin saya lagi apes saja dapat dokternya, ada salah satu dokter yang masih muda berjilbab, amat sangat tidak sabar dan emosional. Ketika saya minta rujukan RS BPJS malah kasih rujukan nya terlihat sembarang cenderung tidak mau mikir sebaiknya saya ke poli mana. Asal jiplak omongan saya tanpa kasih saran dokter yang pernah sekolah. Dan malahan mau kasih pain killer. Sungguh aneh seorang dokter langsung kasih pain killer,... sayang sekali dijakarta masih ada dokter seperti itu apalagi di klinik marinir _ _" sayangnya saya tidak sempat ingat namanya. Tapi sungguh pengalaman pertama saya ketemu manusia dokter seperti itu.

When I asked for a referral to the BPJS Hospital, instead the love of the referral appeared arbitrarily tending to not thinking where I should go. As long as I trace my speech without giving advice from a doctor who went to school. And even want to give pain killer. It's strange that a doctor immediately gives pain killers, ... unfortunately in Jakarta there are still doctors like that especially in the marine clinic _ _ "unfortunately I didn't get to remember the name. But really my first experience meeting human doctors like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum sobat nyinyir,,,, alhamdulilah saya kl berobat di klinik ini saya sangat senang sekali, dari pendaftaran sampe antrian panggilan memuaskan dalam pelayanan nya. Nich khusus nya buat sobat ambyar yg belum tau petugas pelayanannya, secara klinik dari lingkungan militer jadi ikut terbentuk dari bahasa tegas , sigap,ramah tamah kok pelayanannya. Jadi jangan berangap galak,atau apalah....kenalin dulu sebelum komen yesssss.
Assalamualaikum pal, thank God, when I seek treatment at this clinic, I am very happy, from registration to the satisfying call queue in its service. Nich is especially for friends who don't know who the service personnel are, clinically from a military environment, so it's also formed from assertive language, alert, friendly service. So don't be fierce, or whatever .... introduce me first before yesssss comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak bagus pelayanan administrasinya, jam pendaftaran katanya sampai jam 11, tetapi register jam sebelas kurang sudah tidak bisa dengan alasan dokter sudah melepas APD ( jika memang pendaftaran sudah ditentukan kenapa dokter melepas APD di jam masih masuk pendaftaran). Kebetulan juga berbarengan dengan saya ada yang ingin minta surat rujukan, tetapi sama salah satu pegawai administrasinya dokumen untuk perpanjangan rujukan nya di ambil sedangkan saya masih harus menunggu sampai jam 1. Biasanya register setelah jam istirahat bisa lebih lama nunggunya (tidak on time). Tolong ya bpk/ibu pengurus jangan sampai ada diskriminasi antara pengguna bpjs anggota dengan yang bukan anggota. Saya menulis ini karena sudah sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan administrasi pendaftaran nya. Mohon tolong dapat di dengarkan masukan dari kami bpk/ibu pengurus klinik ?
