★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience happend yesterday, I came with high fever and wheezing badly/having asthma attacked and told the nurse i need immediate inhalation plus having 38c doesnt help. The Nurses just a glance at me and said" tunggu ya bu!!
Are they nurses, they are a joke!! None of them knows what they were doing, communication is really poor, it chaos. Note, theeres only 1 person in front of me that doesnt look sick at all, took 1 whole hour inside the room while im dying
Because of bad asthma attacked.
The docter in the other hand is very attentive and very friendly.
I surely hope you guys pays attention tho this small details, especially if a person came with bad fever and cannot breathe!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to improve their service in Apotik area, too much people waiting and all chair full during the pandemic condition. To get the medicines ready we need to waiting arround 45 minutes in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just in front of the street.. There is pharmacy and clinic in the premises ... The variaty of medecine is impressive.... And price is reasonable.... The queue can be quite long...however they need to improve on service.. Had to wait 15 minutes to be call only to be told the medicine is not available....
