The service from the doctor I *** n is disappointing, the staff is good. I'm our doctor's customer. Just yesterday a doctor was served a disappointment. Hopefully this doctor can change the way to serve patients well. Mhn the clinic owner follows up on my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ admin & dokter sangat ramah, sabar, dokter masih muda (bukan berarti yang senior selalu lebih pintar) tapi anamnesa sangat detail & tidak buru2, obat yang diberikan juga tepat. Really2 helpful ?? sejauh ini, puas banget!
admin & doctor are very friendly, patient, doctors are still young (doesn't mean the seniors are always smarter) but the history is very detailed & not rushed, the medicine given is also right. Really2 helpful ?? so far, so satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil PCR dikirim via wa jam 8 pagi. Setelah di cek ternyata ada kesalahan di tgl lahir. Saat itu juga saya langsung menginfokan dan minta diganti. Petugas menjawab "baik mohon ditunggu". Hingga jam 9 malam hasil PCR yg benar blm juga dikirim sampai saya wa kembali menanyakan mana hasilnya. Setelah wa dengan nada complain dan sedikit marah, baru dikirim hasil yg benar. Setelah 13 jam. Saya ke klinik di jagakarsa, complain data salah, dikirimkan lagi yg benar hanya selang beberapa jam dan saya jg tdk perlu sampai harus wa mengingatkan krn mereka sendiri sdh follow up sendiri. Pantes aja ini klinik ratingnya jelek.
PCR results sent via WA at 8 am. After checking it turned out that there was an error in the date of birth. At that time I immediately notified and asked to be replaced. The officer replied "ok please wait". Until 9 pm the correct PCR results had not been sent until I asked again what the results were. After wa with a tone of complaint and a little angry, then the correct results were sent. After 13 hours. I went to the clinic in Jagakarsa, complained about the wrong data, sent the correct one again only a few hours later and I also didn't have to remind myself because they had followed up themselves. No wonder this clinic has a bad rating.
