★ ★ ★ ★ ★ anamnesis dari perawat didepan nggak banget, parah sih, oke di tanya keluhannya apa aja tapi nadanya ituloh nggak ramah banget gestur tubuhnya juga nggak mengenakan. apalagi saya cuma ditanya, tanpa diperiksa, dilihat timbangannya juga nggak, lalu, SAYA NGGAK DITENSI tapi ada nilai tensian saya di komputer dokter. luar biasa ? begitukah cara tracing pasien yang benar? ketawa.
untuk mbak yang baju pink oke ramah, untuk mbak yang baju hijau maaf anda bintang dua bahkan satu!!! untuk dokternya sangat ramah dan baik saya dikasih surat dokter juga.

Walau saat konsul dokternya terlalu cepat namun saya memahami mungkin karen saya pasien terakhir dan sudah malam juga. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi pelayananannya kedepan. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau lahiran pake bpjs pemerintah kalau di sini janganlah mending,tetep aja potongan cuma 800 sisanya 2 juta an di suruh bayar di tempat ,mending di puskesmas atau klinik lain ,auto kapok pelayanan kurang bgtu bagus,ujung ujung nya istri di suruh di rujuk ke rumah sakit sintanala ,dan jg fhoto bayi lama jadinya .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bagian pendaftarannya kasih info nada tinggi, sakit ga parah ga dikasih surat dokter gmn mau tau parah atau ngga diperiksa detail aja ngga cuma ditanya tanya aja, pdhl saya gapake bpjs. kayanya dulu ngga gini deh, skrg ko pelayanannya ga banget.
the registration section gives high-pitched information, the pain is not severe, no doctor's letter is given, how do you want to know if it's severe or not checked in detail, not just asking questions, even though I don't use BPJS. It seems like it wasn't like this before, now how come the service isn't really that great.
