Tapi sangat disangkan, dan mungkin ini harapan besar saya kepada klinik Az-zahra, dalam pelayanan kebersihan. Dalam proses persalinan, dengan entengnya petugas kebersihan LAKI-LAKI masuk ke ruang persalinan mondar-mandir. Entah angkat galon, nyapu atau ngepel. Kalo perempuan sih ya gak masalah, membuat para suami yang sangat menjaga aurat istrinya sangat geram. Semoga kedepannya Allah mudahkan klinik Az-zahra agar bisa menambah petugas kebersihan perempuan untuk melakukan tugas tersebut di ruang persalinan. Terimakasih
Very good service, starting from administration, doctors, nurses, midwives and even ambulance drivers. But it's very unexpected, and maybe this is my big hope for the Az-zahra clinic, in cleaning services. During the delivery process, the MAN janitors walked into the delivery room and paced back and forth with ease. Either lift the gallon, sweep or mop. If it's a woman, it doesn't matter, it makes husbands who really take care of their wives' genitals very angry. Hopefully in the future Allah will make it easier for Az-zahra clinic so that it can add female janitors to carry out these tasks in the delivery room. Thank you

Tapi bagi yang berobat, harus lebih teliti lagi saat disuruh untuk cek ke laboratorium.
Teruntuk pak chaerudin yang bertugas di laboratorium. Tolong agar lebih ramah terhadap customer, dan tolong jangan meminta biaya tambahan padahal customer sudah ditanggung asuransi kesehatan.
The service during administration and the doctor is friendly.
But for those who seek treatment, they must be more careful when asked to check in the laboratory.
Dear Mr. Chaerudin who works in the laboratory. Please be more friendly to customers, and please don't ask for additional fees even though the customer has been covered by health insurance.
